Amazing service! Amazing food! Amazing prices! I went to the neighborhood to get vegan currywurst from another establishment which ended up being closed. Thanks goodness! I completely by accident found this place and the guy at the desk, Jeff, was absolutely welcoming! They offer currywurst with fries and I asked for just the currywurst itself having eaten fries earlier in the day. Jeff was accommodating with every step of the way! I went to the bathroom first, ordered my currywurst, he even offered to substitute the fries with a salad or another currywurst. The bathroom was clean and covered with interesting and cool stickers! Sink is outside of the stall with napkins available as well! I also ordered a mango lassi which I haven't had one for over a year since I went vegan! Missed it very much! The mango lassi was good! The currywurst sausage was so well prepared, topped with simple ketchup and curry powder which I didn't mind at all!! (I've read that the dish is served with actual curry) YOU NEED TO HAVE THE CURRYWURST HERE! One because it's a traditional German dish, two because it taste so amazing, and three it's vegan! And then Jeff says it's on the house, not to worry about it. My mouth dropped to the floor... This has never happened to me! It was a small order yes but the thought/notion was so kind. I ended up buying some vegan pralines: two of the coconut packs and one of the peanut chocolate caramel one!) Vegan caramel can be hard to find!! The coconut pralines melted in my mouth! Can't wait to try the other one! Majority of the items on the menu are under €5, pizzas going for €6.50 typically. It's a self service place (clean your table and put the dishes away yourself) and I absolutely support that idea. A group of four people were not really paying attention to that and other than that bit of disrespect I had a wonderful experience. Great soundtrack playing and decor as well! The rest of the staff had smiles and were genuinely happy to see you! Menus are available in both English and German, the staff can fluently speak and understand English. Menu items range from burgers, German dishes, calamari, fries, salads, an more! Thank you so very much Jeff, your kindness was most I have received in long time and it made my short stay in Berlin even...

This place has housemate vegan patties that I always wanted to check out. Needless to say I have now but am sad to report that the burger is very mid. I got the bacon cheese one but the texture sort of blended into another which isn't really what your looking for in a burger. The bun was also pretty mid. Just by comparison with other burger spots.

But! The you can make it a menu with another 5 bucks that'll give you fries and a salad. The salad was extremely lame and basic. The fries however were really really good. Probably one of the best I ever had. Sadly no dips or anything to moisturise it.

The joint itself was kinda run down. The floor inside was sticky with oil and the tables outside weren't clean. There was stuff to clean it with but the detergent dispenser didn't work. Both of them so we could only drywipe it.

I think that there are way better vegan burger spots.

Friends that frequent this place said the burgers are all kind of meh but the tzaziki is really good so...

The place lost its charm...We used to go there and love it but now we are really disappointed. Despite spotting out twice that I don’t want saucy burger, I got mine AGAIN full of sauce (not exaggerating it was flowing around) so I asked to the cook to change it nicely and he was mega rude and I had to fight so I get a new one - That goes without saying full of sauce again - So I couldn’t feel the taste of the burger. Honestly the place is ok when you don’t know vegan food but once you know, you definitely can find better and cleaner. That was also a huge down for me. I know the place wants to look “rustic”, but there is a difference between rustic and clean ... which is definitely not really (cf the toilet). I know it hard to keep up when you have a business but the place was way friendlier and better quality before. A star for...

An aged retro-style eatery for typical Berliner western-influenced comfort food i.e. burgers, wraps, european chips (pommes), curry wurst, salads. ALL 100% VEGAN. Reasonably priced at €5-7.50/burger or around €10 for a burger and beer or drink. After enquiring I discovered this casual eatery with indoor and outdoor seating has been operating as a 100% plant-based venue for 17 years!! I was also told it is closing down in a few months due to sliding custom. The place looks worn out, the kitchen appears old, and there is an obvious lack of TLC overall that undoubedtly effects peoples perceptions and return visits now. If you want to try out this Vegan place then get there soon. At the end of this year it will no longer exist, apparently. Kinda sad, the slow death of what must be one of Berlins oldest Vegan food eateries.

This is by far my favourite vegan restaurant in Berlin! It’s cheap, you get loads of food and the food is absolutely delicious. If you don’t mind waiting for the food (if the restaurant is busy, then you gotta wait a long time, if not, it’s done pretty quickly), if you don’t mind to self-serve (order at the till, collect your food, clean the table and take the plates back, then this is the place for you. On our first visit to Berlin we stayed in the veggie hotel 5 mins away from here and we called in here about 4 times or more (went twice in a day for lunch and dinner). This second time round we were at the pther side of Berlin but still decided to make the journey here twice. Pictured are the Beyond Meat Currywurst and the schnitzel hawaiian burger 🍔
