I asked if the tapas could be made vegetarian. No, not possible. So, I ordered the tomato soup. I thought I couldn't go wrong with that. Man was I wrong! Never have I ever tasted such a sickly sweet, artificially preserved, disappointing tomato soup in my life. Tomato soup is one of the easiest things to make. Unfortunately, this kitchen couldn't manage it. When I complained I was told that nobody else has said the same thing. Yeah, and?! Why disregard my experience because you reckon it is a minority. Not even a sorry was uttered... I then ordered the prawns as I hadn't had a decent meal. Yes, the portion was large, but the prawns were plain, rubbery, and tasteless. They were the star of the dish as there was just some water with an oil film in the dish they were served in. But they weren't the start in any way shape or form. The mind boggles as to how they manage to serve such tasteless, reheated food. It, like the tomato soup was covered in all sorts; bean sprouts, a whole chilli thrown in... The distraction from the actual ordered food didn't work. The bread was cheap and preserved. Tasted like it was from a supermarket and would stay soft for a week... All in all, the service was friendly but the food was pants. I am extremely disappointed. Nothing was worth any praise. Also, there is hardly any information on the extremely limited menu as to the ingredients in their dishes. No vegan options. No lactose free or vegetarian indication. In this day and age, it's simply not acceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else...

2024: es bleibt bei 5 Sternen. Einfach tolles Ambiente, top Bedienung. Super lecker alles. Und auch der Tip mit den Fliegenfenstern bleibt gleich. Danke für einen tollen Abend bei bestem Essen. Heute Medaillons auf Rahmwirsing (angepasste Beilage) in Pfeffersauce und Burger. Beide top.

2023: Wow. Eins der besten Restaurants das wir in Binz gefunden haben. Etwas unscheinbar in der Nebenstraße zur Strandpromenade. Durch Zufall entdeckt auf dem Weg nachts vom Strand hoch. Tolles Ambiente und die Karte sah gut aus. Waren am Tag darauf hier. Sogar nach 21 Uhr noch warme Küche und volle Auswahl. Der junge Mann der uns bedient hat am 23.08. war sehr zuvorkommend, locker und freundlich. Sehr aufmerksam dazu. Hat bei der Speisenauswahl auch gern beraten und Vorschläge für Beilagentausch unterbreitet. Als Gruß aus der Küche gab es sehr frisches, leckeres Brot mit Olivenöl, Butter und Oliven. Die Getränke waren premium zu fairen Preisen und perfekt serviert vom Kaffee bis zur Coke. Wir warten kaum auf unser Essen. Alles war frisch zubereitet, heiß und super angerichtet. Alles in allem großes Lob an Küche wie Service. Wir werden wieder kommen und das Restaurant empfehlen. Auch das Konzept innen mit der Ausstattung bis hin zu den Lampen ist erstklassig!!

Noch ein Tipp für den Betreiber: Fliegengitter auf der Toilette würden Spinnen und Mücken vermeiden.
