This bakery demonstrates a serious disregard for basic hygiene standards. I observed employees in all 3 Bahnhof branches exit the toilet and immediately begin handling unwrapped food items without washing their hands, among then executives. When I brought this critical concern to the attention of the manager, I was met not with an apology or a satisfactory response, but with a torrent of abuse and insults. Ich bin standkunde bei Back Werk. Jeden Tag ich esse und trinke Kaffee da. Am 09.09.2019 Morgen frü zwischen 9.30 und 10.00 war ich wieder da es hat nicht geregnet mehr und ich habe bei eine Verkäufer gefragt ab er ein Tich und ein Sitz Bank abtrocknen kann,er ist mit Lappen gekommen und hat kleines Stück auf dem Tisch und sitzt Bank ab getrocknet. Auf die Frage wie so macht er nicht ganzes Tisch hat er das schmutzige Lappen da gelassen und hat gesagt mach das selbst. Da für gebe ich kein Stern, für die Geschmack gebe ich so gar 5 Sterne.
