Went here for Beethoven Fest to hear Beethoven's 5th. A bit of confusion as the seats we purchased were removed for the soundboard. I stood 15 minutes waiting for a resolution, which then I expedited immediately to resolve the issue. We were offered seats in the balcony broken chair arms, but it worked out. We sat next to the camera that was filming for YouTube so the view was better than floor seats. The 5th was great. The venue...ehhh, not great. Hundreds of stairs only.
