Burgerwerk — Restaurant in Bonn

So far my favorite burger place in Bonn. The bread is delicious, the way the meat is marinated, amazing and there are always plenty of options for you to try.

For someone with a regular appetite, I'd recommend to only have one portion of fries to share between two people, as the portion is huge. If you're a fries lover, this place is for you.

Also need to add the location is amazing, just two blocks away from the river, you get the cool breeze and it's convenient if you're having an afternoon walk and feel like...

We visited for lunch whilst on holiday in Bonn and it was well worth it. The menu had such a selection, including more than 5 vegetarian options (and they were all different options) which was fantastic.

We both took the offer they had (thing it was €12.50 for Burger, Fries & Drink) and were not disappointed at all.

I had the Roasted Veg Burger with Sweet Potato fries and my partner had the cheese burger with fries.

Recommend this place if you want a good burger whilst in Bonn.

Burger at it’s best

Die Burger, die hier kredenzt werden, gehören zur Spitzen in Bonn. Fleisch und Zutaten immer tagesfrisch. Alle Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt. Das Fleisch topp! Beim Anblick der turmhohen Burger weiß man gar nicht, wie man sie essen soll. Aber der köstliche Anblick lässt einen immer einen Weg finden - ob mit Messer und Gabel oder ‘a mano‘. Eine tolle Idee sind auch die Monatsburger; mal mit frischen Pfifferlingen, Steinpilzen, Garnelen oder was dem ‘Burgerbräter‘ sonst so einfällt. Zur Weihnachtszeit auch schon mal mit Rotkohl, was nicht unbedingt zu meinen Favoriten zählt. 😉

Bei den Pommes, die nicht immer heiß sind, ist noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das tut dem positiven Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch.

Wir zählen seit Jahren zu den ‘Stamm-Essern‘ und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Was auch am immer freundlichen Personal liegt.

Übrigens: die Pattys eignen sich auch hervorragend zum Mitnehmen und Selbergrillen. Auf dem Grill behalten sie ihre Form und mutieren nicht zu kleinen Frikadelle.

Was man allerdings wissen sollte ist, dass es sich nicht um ein Restaurant im klassischen Sinn handelt. Lange gemütliche Abende gehören nicht zum Konzept. Hier genießt man seinen Burger - und geht wieder. Zufrieden und...
