I myself am not a fan of Chinese food, but because of my dear wife, we sometimes go to East Asian restaurants. The noodles were firm enough, soft and crispy, and the sauce was very delicious. It had enough flavor, they didn't over cook the vegetables and you could taste the crisp taste of the vegetables, their food was coherent. Since I had a Nepalese roommate for 5 years, I hoped to feel and taste all those foreign spices again.
