La Bottega — Restaurant in Bremen

Overall it was a bad experience 👎🏼 My visit to La Bottega pizza restaurant in Bremen was extremely disappointing. The Margherita pizza, which should be a standard and authentic dish, was nothing close to that. The dough was strange, and the cheese didn't taste good at all, leaving me unsatisfied with the overall taste.

Furthermore, when I requested to take the leftovers home, they surprised me by wrapping it with aluminum foil and handing it back. This unexpected approach made me feel like I was taking home a pizza you'd find at a supermarket, not a fresh and delicious restaurant-made pizza.

Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I felt like the taste and service fell far below my expectations. If you're looking for an authentic pizza, I wouldn't recommend this place. One star for this...

When I saw photos I thought it will be a really good experience for a tourist. When we arrived we immediately got bruschetta with “something”. The something was horrible. When German speaking ladies sat next to us their “something” looked way better even the bruschetta. The pizza was really poor. Looked like frozen pre-made base from supermarket. Toping was really salty. Also did not mentioned in the menu that in the base is cheese, which was not a good message for my lactose...

Sono stato a mangiare in questo locale perché mi aveva invitato un amico tedesco che ne parlava bene. Io sono di Padova ( chiarimento per il proprietario). Comunque, il cibo c'entra ben poco con la cucina italiana. I gestori non sono italiani e perciò a mio parere non conoscono bene la cucina italiana.. Ho mangiato i tortellini al forno che peraltro è un piatto che da noi in Italia praticamente non esiste così come anche la pizza Hawaii. Sono stato male tutta la notte. Il mio amico ha mangiato una pizza che era praticamente cruda. Il dessert, un semplice tiramisù, era nella norma, cioè quello che si riesce a fare anche in casa con un po' d'impegno. Il personale lento ma gentile. Il cuoco, forse l'unico italiano nel ristorante, sembrava molto stressato. I prezzi esagerati per la qualità proposta, anche considerando la location. Anche il mio amico è rimasto deluso. Da non ripetere. Al proprietario sgarbato consiglio di venire a mangiare in un qualsiasi ristorante in Italia per farsi un' idea della cucina italiana anziché scrivere cavolate. Per quanto riguarda i tortellini, è inutile spiegargli come sono da preparare perché gli manca la base della cucina italiana.
