We noticed a Turkish cuisine spot inside the Markthalle and decided to give it a try. I ordered the tandır rollo with meze, and my husband had the meze kebab.
The tandır meat inside the rollo was delicious and quite filling even on its own, without the mezes. The same meat was used in the kebab plate as well.
The mezes weren’t bad in terms of taste, but with some improvement, they could be much better. Perhaps the variety of mezes could also be expanded a bit — well-known options like carrot tarator, stuffed grape leaves (yaprak sarma), atom, or köpoğlu were missing 😕
