Back Street Cocktailbar & Burger Braunschweig — Restaurant in Brunswick

Since they want to manipulate the Google rating by reporting negative reviews, I'm inclined to write mine here again.

I've went only once, but that was enough! Waiting outside, without seating or proper table as they seem to not want to work after opening, meaning putting the chairs down and wiping the tables. Same for the drinks, no service, we had to go inside to order and then were told we should order at the table. Another waiting... Then a very disinterested guy took our orders, after waiting for roundabout half an hour again, we prepared to leave. One came out with some drinks, not the ordered Cocktails, just the Beer and Cola, and asked why we were leaving. All in all we waited nearly an hour.

Mind you, we arrived a good half an hour after opening and were the only guests! Cannot recommend.

And no, this review doesn't contain personal information and is for the Back Street Cocktail &Burger, so their lawyer can't claim that it can't be...

I visited this place today along with my friends. We ordered a variety of food items, like Burgers, Fries, drinks etc. I have to say the first impression I got from the bar was good due to its ambience. When we went it was also quite late, and the owner kept it open till we were done. Offered us shots at the beginning and at the end without any extra cost. I really wish him all the best for his bar. It is a lovely place to hang out with friends and family.

The portions of Burger and Fries in the Menu were also good, maybe if you order fries alone you might expect a bit more, but the taste was good. Overall I can say I have visited bars and hung out with people, whilst having drinks and cocktails offering decent food and more importantly friendly service, which I personally think is a standout from other regular bars is something that one can...

Beste Cocktails in Braunschweig! :)

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Super leckere Cocktails (mit angemessenem Anteil an Eis) zu mega fairen Preisen und super nettes, aufmerksames Personal. Definitiv um Einiges geiler als im Laden gegenüber. Selbst Schuld wer lieber dort bei Krach und überteuerten Preisen für Cocktails sowie Essen seinen Abend verbringt als in die Back Street Cocktailbar zu gehen. ;-)

Seit Kurzem gibt es auch wieder Essen in der Back Street Cocktailbar… und was für welches!!! Ich liebe Burger und esse diese oft und gerne. Hab auch in den vergangen Jahren in der Region sehr viele Läden und Burger getestet. Und was soll ich sagen… die Burger hier gehören zu den besten überhaupt, die ich in der Region getestet habe. 100% Rinderpatties, die schön saftig sind und richtig nach Rind schmecken. Super fluffige aber trotzdem stabile Buns, die nicht durchsiffen oder reißen trotz extremer Saftigkeit des Burgers. Die Zwiebeln sind mit im Rinderfett angebraten und der Käse ist auch sehr lecker und zieht teilweise sogar Fäden. Hier ist wirklich viel Liebe zum Detail, was man sonst nur von spezialisierten Burgerbraterein / Street Food Trucks oder zu Hause kennt. Richtig geil! 8) Auch die Pommes sind sehr lecker. Und z.B. die Back Street Sauce ist wie ne Cocktailsoße mit Stückchen, die an die Big Mac Soße erinnert. Preise für die Burger bzw. die Menüs sind mehr als angemessen für die Qualität sogar günstig. Die Qualität und der Geschmack der Burger sucht in Braunschweig aktuell seines gleichen. Kann ich nur absolut empfehlen… da hat die Back Street Cocktailbar echt einen rausgehauen… richtig, richtig lecker. So kann man mit Genuss eine ordentliche Grundlage für die geilen Cocktails schaffen und bei den Preisen auch den einen oder anderen leckeren Cocktail mehr schlürfen. ;-)
