Ramen Itto — Restaurant in Brunswick

Starter kara age was ok. Main course miso ramen, miso broth nothing special, noodles in firmness fine, taste was average, chashu taste ok, ramen eggs a bit too salty, yolk too firm. Service was fast, waitress was friendly. Food was not fresh, and tasteless. We had 2 ramens and 1 takoyaki. We didnt expect authentic japense food, but we expected tasty and decent food. Da Geschmack unterschiedlich ist, wird diese nicht maßgeblich beurteilt. Ich kann jedoch sagen, dass mir sehr gut geschmeckt hat.

Reservierung: Klassische Reservierung übers Telefon. Dabei muss man nicht allzu lange warten, bis abgenommen wird.

Service: Sehr freundlich und schnelle Bedienung. Lediglich nach dem Hauptgang, wenn man einen Nachtisch bestellen möchte, muss man sich doch mehr als "normal" auf sich aufmerksam machen.

Essen: Das Essen kommt schnell und hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Menge stimmt. Preislich leben wir nun mal im Jahr 2024. Es ist nicht das Günstigste, aber aus meiner Sicht stimmt Preis Leistung. Leider war die eine Nachspeise aus.

Getränke: Kirin vom Fass! Leider teuer, aber schmeckt trotzdem hervorragend.

Ambiente: Schön hell und schön dekoriert. Platz ist ausreichend (ich bin über 1,9m und konnte angenehm sitzen). Hier oder da merkt man, dass erst Eröffnung war und kleinere "Macken" noch ausgebessert werden müssen.

Ich komme gerne wieder, um nochmal andere Gerichte...
