BoBoQ Bubble Tea & An’s Street Food — Restaurant in Cologne

The Vietnamese lady working there was really nice but there is a guy working there who was a bit arrogant: he looked at me and my friend like idiots when I asked for no sugar, saying that all bubble tea has sugar --- chemically he is right but obviously I meant not to add any sugar while making it. If I need to specify that to a bubble tea maker that's just stupid, not to mention that his actions and tones signified that he thought we were idiots (my friend asked some other requirements and he acted the same), which I doubt could be the opposite. Maybe it was just his characters and he was trying his best, still that made us uncomfortable and there is room for him to improve. Also the place doesn't feel enough...

Staff was rude, even before we ordered food they are telling us there is a time limit to a table, and we have to order food to sit, not just boba. Then we order food, and as soon as it arrived they hound us saying we can only stay 20 minutes. Chill out. It took us less than 10 minutes to finish the boba and vegan skewers. If you don't want people using your tables to sit and eat, then don't have tables. But if you have tables, figure out a nicer way to speak to your customers about...

Almost 6€ for a Bubble Tea size M (Cookie milkshake) that didn’t even taste good. I’ve tried a lot of bubble teas in different places and this one is one of the bad ones :( Tapioka didn’t taste anything (not even sweet), the drink tasted like water. It didn’t taste like creamy or cookie. Visually it didn’t look good. Only cash, no card payment. I usuallly don’t write review but this time I feel like I've been ripped off!
