I'm here weekly! Incredibly happy to discover a bubble tea place in Cologne that can easily keep up with the ones in Düsseldorf. The prices are justified, the service is usually quite fast, I only wish the place was bigger and had more seats. It's a bit cramped inside and not too cozy. I would also love to see reusable cups and straws in the future. Regardless, it's great and I can only recommend it and with the amount of options available, you can be sure to find something that you or your friends love!

Neben 2, 3 anderen Bubble Tea Shops ist Comebuy einer der wenigen, die authentischen 珍珠奶茶(Milchtee) wie in China anbieten. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Franchising Unternehmen in Europa ist hier auch immer die Qualität gleich, egal ob in Berlin, oder Köln. Was die ganzen fancy Varianten angeht, dazu kann ich nichts sagen, das überlasse ich den 12-17 jährigen Mädels die dort täglich Schlange stehen, aber wer noch nicht probiert hat, sollte zumindest mal den original „Perl Milchtee“ probieren. Normalerweise mit langer Schlange vor dem Laden, aber zu Corona auch mal ohne lange Wartezeit - haha. Sollte es keine Tapioca geben, probiert Hantian, oder die Mischung im QQ Milktea. Hantian sind im Gegensatz zu Tapioca etwas saurer und erfreuen sich in der Kombination mit dem eher süßen Milchtee seit einiger Zeit in China größter Beliebtheit. Außerdem lassen die sich im Gegensatz zu Tapioca leichter bzw. in gleich Qualität importieren 😉

Has been my favorite tea shop since 2018, but today it made a bad move. To be honest, it's not that serious but I guess Comebuy is so inflexible in comparison to other brands now. I brought my own bottle for some tea today. Doesn't matter if they would give me a discount for that, I just wanted reduce plastic waste. Then, the staff reduced the price to 3.8eu for my fruit tea. When I asked him if I can get a stamp card, he refused and stated that the stamp is only for from 4eu cup. So technically, mine was not accepted. I like their tea, but this one is quite annoying...

Bubble tea is good, service is poor.

I have tried 2 kind of bubble tea, matcha and taro milk tea, with some different toppings. The tea is good.

Depending on whom served you, some was kind, and some treated you like an idiot. I ordered red bean and konjac jelly, she put aloe jelly instead, and when I asked what she put in, now she claimed aloe jelly as konjac. I think it was very rude that she thinks she can ruin my order and just randomly put jelly I did not order in my drink because I do not look non-Chinese or Taiwanese. Not so sure I will...
