Namaste — Restaurant in Cologne

I ordered via lieferando at 9 pm and at 22:45 i called them that the food has not arrived. The guy speaking was very rude and said that people are patiently waiting for 3 hrs for there food so I should also wait for 1 more hour. When we protested he mentioned that he will send in 10 min which we found to be a sham as they had not even prepared the food. Also when We tried to tell they guy that the service is bad he cancelled the food and said he doesnt care and I can complain anywhere I want. This is the level of carelessness and dignity these guys show towards customers. Will ask everyone to really avoid this place as its a bunch of rude people who tun the show there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in Köln I've been to! The freshly made samosas and aloo paratha were out of this world. The samosas had a perfect crispy shell encasing a flavorful potato filling. And the aloo paratha was absolutely delicious - soft, flaky layers of unleavened bread wrapped around a deliciously spiced potato stuffing. You can tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients and put a lot of love into the preparation. The portion sizes were also very generous. We came across this place while looking for a restaurant nearby main station. The place itself is clean and offers lots of seating options. The menu is extensive which is not a good indicator. The order of service was not good as starters and main course was served together, and there was no response on asking the reasons. Anyways the food was salty and not great at all. We tried multiple curries, naan, and biriyani. All with similar taste profiles. I am not sure if I missed the dishes which people claimed to be authentic. Won’t recommend if you’re looking for...
