Das Freddy Schilling am Eigeltorbogen war mir völlig neu. Freunde hatten mich dahin eingeladen. Wetter war perfekt, an dem Samstag gut besucht aber nicht zu voll und für den Preis echt tolles Essen. Für einen Cheeseburger, große Pommes (ja die war wirklich groß) und ein Weizenbier 20€ sind für die Kölner Immenstadt ein guter Preis! Personal ist super freundlich und immer für nen Schnack zu haben! Top

The food is fresh and made in front of you, the burger choices are few but still varied - with plenty of options for sides. Beers and soft drinks are also available. It's always busy so you may have to wait for seating but there is outdoor seating available or you may have to share a table. The service is prompt and helpful Gave it 4/5 for atmosphere because it felt like there was an odd bathroom smell - could have been due to where we were seating. However, I know ill go back again and again because it's the best burger spot in the city.

A Family Favorite at Freddy Schilling – Die Hamburger Manufaktur!

We visited Freddy Schilling – Die Hamburger Manufaktur today with our family and were absolutely delighted by the experience. As a vegan, I opted for the vegan burger and was thoroughly impressed by how flavorful and satisfying it was. The rest of my family also thoroughly enjoyed their meals, which speaks volumes about the quality and versatility of the food offered.

The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a family meal out. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

Overall, we had a fantastic visit and highly recommend this place to anyone craving a delicious burger in a cozy setting. Freddy Schilling truly knows how to make a burger...

Still worth a visit, however not as impeccable as it used to be.

Service was borderline rude, pushy for us to finish looking at the menu. Mind you, there was no queue at all at the time of order. Kitchen staff didn't look quite motivated, which might have reflected in the burgers as well.

Although the meat is still the best you will find in Cologne and perfectly seasoned, the timing on the cooking was off: The Ziegenpeter was more than medium, the smash burgers not smashed / caramellized enough, with a hint of pink still.

The burgers are great nonetheless, as are the fries. Music is obnoxious as in any other burger place. We will definitely be back, hoping the above topics will be incidental, based on our 6/5 experiences...
