Rich`N Greens — Restaurant in Cologne

I’m very frustrated because i was waiting for more than 1 hour infront of the restaurant for my 2 burritos.(cancun chicken and guacamole chicken) First they forgot my order, i asked and they said it’ll be ready soon. Then they came with only 1 of them. I asked the second one, they said they will prepare it. Then they came and asked what was the second order. Then they brought the second one after more than 1 hour. At home i saw that they prepared the first order wrong and they just made a wrap of chicken and salat instead of preparing it as burrito. They ruined my whole evening and gave me wrong food. As a result i’m hungry and angry and my valuable time after work was totally wasted. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Never coming to this...

Cool place with lots of options for healthy food. We had 2 salads: both were delicious and fresh. I opted for a guacamole bowl which was a mistake. It just didn't taste good at all. The avocado cream was tasteless, it was just mashed avocado with no salt or paper. The beans were also pretty boring, the chicken was ok but nothing special and the dressing was too sour and weird.

One last thing, the place is nice, and the service is really friendly. But if they changed the benches and the big tables, they could easily fit more people in. Otherwise, you may have to expect another customer to stand patiently beside you and wait...

Da ich mich nachhaltig geärgert habe, habe ich in den letzten Tagen von einem Besuch bei Rich‘N‘Greens abgesehen. Ich bin eigentlich in den letzten Monaten immer 1-2x/Woche dagewesen, manchmal zum Essen vor Ort, aber meistens zum Abholen von mehreren Wraps und Smoothies. Am 27.12.22 hatten wir dann nochmal spontan Hunger bekommen. Da es schon 20:30h war, habe ich bei R‘N‘G angerufen, ob es zeitlich noch möglich ist, was zum Abholen zu bestellen. Ich fügte meiner Essensbestellung noch 2 Smoothies hinzu und war, wie tel. besprochen, 15 Min. später vor Ort zum Abholen. Die Wraps waren schnell fertig, die Mitarbeiterin machte mich dann darauf aufmerksam, dass es mit den Smoothies noch einen Moment dauere, da wegen mir jetzt nochmal der Mixer zusammengebaut werden musste. Ich fand das nicht so besonders nett, mir als Kundin gegenüber. Hätte die Mitarbeiterin mir vorher gesagt, dass es heute keine Smoothies mehr gibt, da der Mixer schon gereinigt wurde, wär das für mich ja auch ok gewesen. Als die Smoothies dann fertig waren, habe ich nach einem Transport- Pappteil gefragt, da ich etwas bepackt war und Essen und Smoothies ja heile nach hause bringen wollte. Die Mitarbeiterin teilte mir dann mit, dass es hier keine Getränkehalter gebe. Ok, dann ist es eben so. Ich habe dann meine Einkaufstüten und die Smoothies rausgetragen, musste dann alles nochmal auf dem Boden abstellen, um die Tür zu öffnen und aufzuhalten und habe Einkaufstaschen und Smoothies dann durch die Tür „balanciert“. Die Mitarbeiterin sah dem Schauspiel zu, machte aber keinerlei Anstalten, mir wenigstens die Tür aufzuhalten. Ich kam mir als Kundin störend und nervig vor. So kenne ich das Rich‘N‘Greens nicht, bisher war ich immer höchst zufrieden mit Essen, Getränken und Service. Aber dieser Besuch hat mich...
