Personally, it was quite bad. Very small portion is not the worst thing, but the service was so confusing, the waitress asked all the other tables “alles gut” except us; we didn’t want to order drinks cause we just finished coffee, but the waitress was standing here and asked again and again “what do you want to drink”, after we ordered a bottle of orange juice, she still asked “ what do you want to drink”…that’s so awkward and I won’t go back...

Wir besuchten heute dieses Restaurant und möchten unsere Erfahrungen teilen. Der Service war in Ordnung. Leider war das Essen sehr enttäuschend, besonders die Tagliatelle mit Rinderfiletspitzen.

Die Rinderfiletspitzen waren zäh und sehnig. Als das Gericht serviert wurde, war ein wenig gehobelter Parmesan darauf, der frisch war. Als wir nachbestellten, bekamen wir eine Schüssel mit etwas, das angeblich Parmesan sein sollte, aber es sah sehr merkwürdig aus, schmeckte säuerlich und roch unangenehm. Alle drei von uns probierten es und waren gleichermaßen entsetzt.

Ich sprach den Servicemitarbeiter darauf an und wies ihn darauf hin, dass der Parmesan seltsam schmeckte und nicht in Ordnung sei. Seine Antwort war, dass der Parmesan gehobelt sei, was offensichtlich war, aber das Problem lag nicht in der Form, sondern im Geschmack. Seine Reaktion war wenig uneinsichtig, unfreundlich und half nicht weiter.

Alles in allem war unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant sehr enttäuschend, wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Was ebenfalls sehr unangenehm aufgefallen ist, ist die Tatsache, dass Stammgäste in diesem Restaurant besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt werden, während andere Gäste weitgehend unbeachtet bleiben. Es entsteht der Eindruck einer Art...
