I have came to this place 3 times, so far never disappointed in any of the visit.
The restaurant offer 5 different flavor bases, 4 with soup one salad style dry mix. I have tried the spicy soup version and the salad style. Both are amazing just like what I had in china.
They offer wide range of food options. All cleaned and stored in fridge in separate containers. There are options for all diatery requirements, you can find all fresh ingredients in the store.
I recommand the following Tofu skin: one type of compressed tofu, fits with all flavor bases. Beef tendon: it is precooked very well, soak up the juice very well, taste like a very amazing haribo. Chrysanthemum leaves, it is rich in fiber and soak up the flavor really well.
You can it as a soup dish and eat with rice, or you can order with noodles to make it into a rich ramen. Both options are very popular.
The restaurant is very clean, it is well decorated and very rich in culture. There are staffs walking around every 10 minutes for cleaning up. The service is top tier, very friendly and very quick. Would always come back for more.

Read moreMy family and I recently visited this place and had a fantastic time. The concept of building your own meal was really fun and engaging, offering a delightful twist on the usual Chinese dining experience. What truly stood out was the quality of the ingredients and the impressive variety on offer. There were so many fresh and interesting options to choose from, allowing everyone in the family to create a dish perfectly tailored to their tastes. From the pickiest eater to the most adventurous, everyone loved their food and had a great time putting their meals together. The only minor drawback we encountered was the minimum 400-gram ingredient requirement. While we appreciated the generous portions, none of us were able to finish our entire meal, which unfortunately led to some food waste. It would be great if there was a bit more flexibility with portion sizes to help reduce this. Despite that small point, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was very positive. We highly recommend this place for a tasty and enjoyable...
Read moreDelicious Chinese hotpot/broth place. The malatang broth is delicious and spicy.
FYI they don't speak English if you're a tourist like me (that's on me), so what you do is that you go to the door shown in the picture, pick up a bowl and tongs and pick what you want in your broth. There are a ton of ingredients to choose from. The bowl is priced by weight. Then you pick a broth. You can put a lot of food in the bowl and still get a reasonable price. The soup in the picture was a little 11,50 euro, and it was a ton of food.
P. S. There were plenty of Chinese and east Asians eating here . Always a good sign for a...
