I had a red velvet muffin, that had a really big bug inside. I complained, The blonde employee was nice and said sorry, and said she would give me a refund. But then the brow haired barista was so rude. She said that wasn’t her fault and blamed me for only discovering the bug almost at the end of the muffin. She refused to give me a refund, or a new one. I asked for the muffin back, to take pictures, and she said it will be her pleasure to see me to take it out of the trash can. This is unacceptable. I was polite the all the time, until she made that comment. At that moment I asked for a name to write a complaint, she said she wouldn’t give me and said I was more than welcome to leave because I was being annoying.
