It's all about the food for me. From Falafel ti Shawarma, their Broasted Hänchen, Crispy Chicken and Burger, the amount you get for the price is what we call good value for money. The broast and garlic sauce are delicious. I don't even crave the kfc back home thanks to this halal alternative. For people rating low, I understand that everyone has had a different experience, but I've visited bascha with my family for years now, and their service as well as food quality has always remained consistent. Es ist das zweite Mal, dass ich dieses Geschäft besuche und ich bereue es (ich war in den letzten 1,5 Jahren nur 2 Mal dort). Als ich das erste Mal dort war, war der Service sehr schlecht und das ist auch jetzt noch so. Mein Freund hat mir diesen Laden empfohlen, da man dort die beste Schawerma in Duisburg bekommt.

Als ich dorthin ging, gab es 2 Angestellte, einer putzte etwas und der andere war mit seinem Telefon beschäftigt. Keiner hat es bemerkt. Nach 5-10 min kam ein anderer Kunde und fragte mich, ob ich bestellt habe oder nicht. Ich sagte nein, aber ein Mädchen (vielleicht eine Angestellte) kam und nahm seine Bestellung auf, gab sie auf und ging zurück. Ich war so irritiert und fragte den Kerl, der die Reinigung durchführte. Aber er hat nicht einmal den Kopf gedreht. Dann kam ein deutscher Kunde, die Mitarbeiterin kam sofort und nahm ihre Bestellung auf. Bevor sie zurückging, fragte ich sie, ob ich ein Schawarma bekommen kann. Sie schrieb es auf einen Zettel und gab ihn dem Mitarbeiter, der es zubereitet, und nach 15-20 Minuten Wartezeit bekam ich das Schawarma, obwohl kein anderer Kunde da war, als ich eintrat.

Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass sie wissen, dass der Laden berühmt ist und es ihnen nichts ausmacht, wenn sie einen Kunden verlieren.

Die Verpackung war sehr schlecht und das Öl ist ständig ausgelaufen. Ich habe 2 Sterne gegeben, weil ich es gegessen habe, als ich sehr hungrig war und der Geschmack war auch ok.

Und ich bin sicher, dass ich nicht einmal daran denken werde, wieder dorthin zu gehen und...

The plates are really big. For relatively small amount you get a lot of food. If you are into french fries, burgers and pizzas this is exactly the right place. Another pro is that is located in the center, but it is still calm.

There is loud Arabic music, which may not be suitable for everybody, but because of the food it is worth it.
