Kirti's Dhaba — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience of ordering food from Lieferando. I ordered a grill platter which costs €27.8 on the app. But when the delivery came there was just a small box of 7 small pieces (just enough for 1 person!). Why this seems so appalling is that, on an average a tandoori dish costs around €15 on the app. Hence getting almost the same quantity of food for almost double the price seemed totally unreasonable. We even called the restaurant to check if they accidentally gave us a smaller order, but they were adamant this is all a customer should expect, and even went on to add that it would cost me €21 if i had ordered directly from them. Its like as a Lieferando customer i was being penalised for not ordering directly from them. Hence a word of caution for anyone ordering this dish, please be mindful of the quantity you will receive, as nowhere on the app or on the online menu do they mention how many pieces you...

Everything was just wrong this place!!!

Food - It tasted not even an average. I ordered Biryani and it was simply chicken fried rice.

Service - It was terrible. The guy who was taking the order was extremely rude and unfriendly. He was acting as if he didn't care to keep up with an order once he took the order. It took almost 30 minutes to arrive when restaurant had only 3 tables occupied. It felt like they were starting food preparations right from rice seeding, harvesting and yielding. 😂😂

Money - Completely over rated, expensive for no reason. It would have been more worth if I had lost that money on the way to restaurant. 😂😂

The only good experience about eating at the restaurant was that "IT ENDED FINALLY" when we left the restaurant..😂😂 Also, not to forget Sprite!! It was good!!(only because you people didn't had scope to ruin it)!!😌😌

Racist people with very bad service! We called up to reserve the place for 6 people (Indians eating in Indian restaurant!). They said its very tight, we might have to adjust on a smaller table (for 4) because of the weekend rush. We were okay with this and went to the restaurant. After going there, they offered us table for 6 people. After almost 10 minutes, when we were almost ordering stuff, this waitress lady came and she moved 2 of us from our table. She took the table for 2 and gave it to "white" people. She also took our chairs very rudely and made us stand for a few minutes. We did not have any clue what was happening. After more than a few min, when she came with two chairs. When I complained about the service and the situation, she had this "who cares for you" attitude.
