What a gem of a cafe!! beautiful location (opposite a lil "park") super friendly, attentive, approachable and laid-back staff delicious coffee (Ferdinand Rösterei) best (and I mean BEST) Aperol Spritz (perfect mix and generous!) and honestly BEST cheesecake, real German style (made with Quar,k)! 3 to choose from: plain, blueberry, chocolate coconut...

I have to add that I had been to this place last year but had found the waitress rather "grumpy" and not very welcoming... Now I found out that the place has been taken over by 2 cool guys in October 2024 and the vibe and the quality of the coffee and cakes show it!

Good coffee and nice servers. We also had 2 cheesecakes - the mandarine and the chocolate.

The chocolate one was passable, but nothing we'd order again. The mandarine one was disgusting - the texture was too soft and had more of a bland ricotta taste than anything else.

We were surprised that they almost only had cheesecakes. (To be fair, they also had marble cake but that's too simple to occasionally go out for dessert and eat.) No apfelstrudel, no rolls, no bee sting, and no pies.

Maybe it was our timing, but we can only base the review on what we saw and tasted. Might be back for...

Despite it looks very attractive, I do not recommend. Prices are high but service is low. We found the place so sweet and since we had free 30 minutes we decided to take a coffee there. We waited for our coffee for 25 minutes and we could not enjoy it in the end for two reasons: we were about to be late for our meeting and sanitary concerns. We found in our coffee a piece from sugar bag. When we wanted to ask how it happened the waiter could not explain. No...
