Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant, welches mich in ein Wechselbad der Gefühle brachte. Als Erstes vorweg, dass Essen war gut. Das Restaurant hat eine sehr sehr gute Lage und das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm zum Speisen. Das Fleisch super zart und die Bedienung ist sehr nett. Trotz Reservierung mussten wir 30min warten. Warum reservier ich denn? Dann sollten Sie gleich sagen, "sie müssen leider ein wenig Geduld mitbringen und warten". Dann weiß man Bescheid und richtet sich darauf ein. Auch mit Kindern weiß man was einen erwartet! Aber das war nicht der Grund für die Sterne!!!! Warum wird jedes einzelne Sößchen, jeder Kartoffelgratin, jedes Gemüse einzeln in Folientütchen eingepackt? Ganz einfach, weil es sich um eine Ladenkette handelt und es überall gleich schmecken soll. Dazu muß man kein Koch sein. Selbst das Fleisch ist bereits portioniert und muss nur auf die heiße Platte. Den Rest macht die Gewürzmischung. Was für eine Umweltverschmutzung mit anfallenden Plastikmüll!!! Was mir noch ein wenig aufgestoßen ist, das der "Koch" die Ofenkartoffeln mit der gleichen Schere aufgestochen hat, mit der er kurz zuvor die Tütchen mit Soße und Gemüse aufgeschnitten hatte. Dazu wurden fast alle Gerichte (auch das Fleisch) mit den bloßen Händen angefasst! In einer gehobenen Küche, ein absolutes NoGo! Also für das Geld ein wenig ernüchternd.

Nachtrag vom 10.02.2024 Dankeschön für die ausführliche Erläuterung! Allein dafür verdient ihr schon den Stern mehr. Jedoch reserviere ich einen Tisch um genau diese Wartezeit nicht zu haben. Hier sollte das Personal ein Auge darauf haben, wann man einen Tisch rechtzeitig sperren muß. Das ist definitiv ausbaufähig! Thema Einmalhandschuh bin ich bei euch. Aber vom Hände desinfizieren war nicht viel zu sehen. Und Kartoffeln mit der Schere aufstehen, mit der die anderen Grille die Verpackungen zuvor aufgeschnitten haben, ist auch nicht lecker. Also besser machen, damit ich beim nächsten Mal für alle 5 Sterne...

A great American style steakhouse with good varieties of popular steak cuts, having excellent quality and being extremely delicious, and they are cooked as per your choice perfectly ... and served with either baked potatoes or fries, and fresh salad etc... In their menu, they also offer other non steak dishes, chickens, burgers etc ... They also have children menu ... seating available both inside or out accordingly .... great friendly and efficient staffs, they also have their menu in English as well .... We really enjoyed our meals and visit here and definitely will come back again...
