SUSHIFREUNDE - Erfurt Hirschgarten — Restaurant in Erfurt

INTRO: It was a Saturday when me and my girlfriend decided to go out to a nice restaurant, "Sushi Freunde" was our Choice. I took the course 95 (Chiken, Rice, Special sauce Unogi, Rucola,....) for my girlfriend and course 83 (Standart Shushi serving With wasabi, peeled Ginger and chili sauce) for myself.

All in all, it all tasted good.

ORDERS:

-Course 83 The ingredients seemed fresh, especially the fish on the nigiri/Sashimi portion of the dish. Some of the California rolls in the sushi course didn't have the freshest vegetables, but they were fresh enough to be eaten raw without feeling a bad taste.

-Course 95 As far as I remember, my girlfriend Realy liked it. And she said it was very good, especially the chicken. It seemed to have been covered in wheat flour before frying in oil then soaked in some vinegar, giving it the texture and crispness it had. Plus the Unogi sauce in it was kind of magical.

-Drinks I took The Maracuja Limonade (Green) and my girlfriend took the strawberry Limonade (red).

THE FOLLOW UP:

All in all, the courses we took were very good.

-Pricing Course 95 was priced at arround 12,5 Euro meanwhile course 83 was priced at about 11,8 Euros.

Both Limonades costed 5,10 Euros and were 0,5l. All of their Limonades come in 2 seizings; 0,25l and 0,5l. The former costing about half the price of the later.

WILL I PAY IT ANOTHER VISIT?

-Yes! I probably will go there again arround Christmas or after New Year with my girlfriend and perhaps with some friends too. You know, bringing the whole crew...

We have ordered the sushi here for the reason that they have 25% off by the online order but for getting this promotion code we have to registrar by the website and if only you are signed in then get you your discount. We have done the registration by email but the code was not available so we have provided our order by the call operator, thanks god she spoke good English so it was a nice chat to have. The disappointment came afterwards while the operator didn’t get the delivery address right so we have to wait 10 minutes plus for the delivery, then the package came BUT WITHOUT ANY CHOPSTICKS 🥢 FOR SUSHI!!!!!! We have made an order for 4 persons and didn’t get any chopsticks! The inside out sushi were...

All you can eat für Allergiker definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir saßen leider nicht gut, direkt an der Tür was heißt, das es ständig zieht und Leute neben einem stehen welche auf ihre Abholungen warten. Die gleiche Situation beobachteten wir am Buffet. Alles sehr eng und ständig stand man am Tisch der dort sitzenden Gäste. Grundlegend hat es geschmeckt,jedenfalls so lange bis ich ein gribbeln im Mund und Hals spürte und das Gefühl bekam mir schwillt der Hals zu. Ich wusste irgendwas stimmt nicht und fragte das Personal ob irgendwo nuss drinnen sei, dies Frage beantwortet man mir mit ja. Leider sind nirgends beim Buffet die Allergene aufgelistet oder einsehbar. Auf Grund dieser Situation war der Abend natürlich gelaufen, wir mussten das Restaurant verlassen und so schnell wie möglich einen Arzt aufsuchen. Immerhin wurde mir der Preis für das all you can eat erlassen. Mein Partner musste dennoch die volle Summe zahlen obwohl auch er sein Essen abbrechen musste weil er mich zum Arzt brachte. In meinem Fall ging es gut aus aber Menschen welche noch allergischer reagieren können im schlimmsten Fall hierbei ersticken. Die Bedienung erkundigte sich zwar nach Zahlung nochmals,aber dies macht eine fehlende Deklaration leider nicht wieder gut.

Ergänzung : Nach dem Kommentar der Sushifreunde hier unter dieser Rezession habe ich mich an den dort genannten Kundenservice gewandt. Erstmals schrieb ich diesem am 6.8.23 als ich keinerlei Rückmeldung bekam versuchte ich es am 14.8.23 erneut, auch hier wieder keinerlei Reaktion oder Rückmeldung. In meinen Augen hat dies nix mit Service zu tun.

Die Sushifreunde meldeten sich und entschuldigten sich für die späte Rückmeldung, dies ist wohl auf ein technisches Problem zurück zuführen.
