Dubliner Irish Pub — Restaurant in Erfurt

I am sorry, there is nothing Irish about this place ... including their foods ...just offering Guinness does not qualify a pub to be an Irish pub ...their hamburger was overcooked and burned on the edges, the burger bun was very hard ... fish and chips were absolutely tasteless ... and very poor service ... may be ok for just having drinks either inside or outside ... I happen to travel to Ireland several times a year, based on our experience at this pub, I would not recommend this pub for their foods ... This was posted a year ago, I was here a couple of times this week, it's improved a lot since then, food, service and drinks are really good now ... This place now has a nice ambient and great...

The server here is rude. She came out yelling and screaming at me and my gf after all. I did was get a menu (since we were waiting and hadn't even been served). Never had that happen before anywhere in the world. Then She basically told us we could only have one drink then we would have to leave. It was only 8pm and the place had hardly any people in it. I honestly don't get what her problem was. Obviously we left and didnt waste our money in this joke of a bar. I doubt she would've yelled that way if I wasn't...

War echt gerne dort, aber seit Corona hat der Service sehr gelitten. Tolle Location, Auswahl und Qualität passt, aber wenn man von den Servicekräften entweder gar nicht erst bedient wird oder nur sehr garstige Antworten bekommt, leidet die Stimmung schon sehr darunter. Eine Freundin hatte 3x ein Getränk bestellt und es danach aufgegeben, da es einfach nicht gekommen ist. Eine andere Freundin bestellte einen Cocktail, wo bei Nachfrage nach 30 Minuten(!) die Antwort kam, es gibt samstags keine Cocktails und das ist auch nicht gebucht worden. Man hat sie quasi vergeblich auf ihren Cocktail warten lassen. Ein anderer Freund bestellte Whisky Cola, worauf die sehr energische Frage „welcher Whisky denn?!“ kam. Der Freund hat dann tatsächlich gewagt zu fragen, was sie denn für Whisky auf der Karte haben und das hat die Servicekraft wohl ziemlich aus der Fassung gebracht. Wie kann man auch als Gast solche Fragen stellen? 😂

Alles in allem, haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt und die schlechte Laune der Servicekräfte mit voller Breitseite zu spüren bekommen, da das schon das zweite mal mit dieser Erfahrung für mich war, werden wir dieses Lokal leider nicht mehr betreten.

Wirklich sehr schade, da wie gesagt früher alles gepasst hat, aber Fachkräfte sind vor allem in dieser Branche...
