Restaurant Masala — Restaurant in Erfurt

Sorry for the long post, but this is important for someone who is new and students. After my last 2 visits at masala restaurant, I thought to visit again with my friend as the food was good. The waiter was nice, it was half empty so food arrived quickly. Everything was smooth and good till now. The problem started when I complaint about the taste. I found weird taste in Paneer handi and in Lassi. Some portion of paneer was stale so it was removed, but the curry wasn't replaced. And for mango lassi, I was said it is good inspite of it's weird taste. So, I insist waiter to taste the lassi and after tasting it, waiter agreed with me as it has a too much cardamom to compensate stale taste (I was said that lassi is prepared last night and was kept in fridge, so it's not fresh). Waiter went to kitchen to replace the lassi. I was expecting to come with a fresh lassi this time but instead of lassi, a chef, manager and owner, all came to our table and start asking what's wrong with this lassi with anger on their face. Started speaking hindi with each other and they just take it away and didn't came back, and just send a bill on table. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated because not only me, but waiter also agreed that lassi was stale and not consumable. But since restaurant is running good, and getting more customers, owner stopped caring about students. Many of my friends already advised me not to complain but wjy should I eat which is clearly not safe to consume. I was not aware that he can not accept his clear mistake. May be he was just concerned about payment or bill, or maybe no one was in good mood, or may be being a student I don't deserve to eat at restaurant or may be being a student I should not complain at all. Moral of the story: I won't recommend lassi as it's always stale. Don't complaint if anything goes wrong. At the end, I felt humiliated as 3 persons were around the table and introgating me and my friend, so after getting a bill, I paid, left the food as it was, and left the place immediately. I visit this restaurant twice. All I can say is good food, good ambiance but you may be scammed by adding 1 or 2 things extra in your bill which you didn't order, and the amount will be 3 to 5 euros so you won't notice either. When you ask about it, you will get refund for sure but this seems unethical, you can not trust them. Both time, I double check the bill and I found this scam. This same thing happened with my friends too. So, clearly it is not a mistake but a scam. Another weird thing, I gave a tip to server but the owner took it, I found it very strange.
