I used to be a loyal customer at this place and really appreciated the idea of the "Bonus Card"—buy 10 doners and get one free. As a working student with little time to cook, this was perfect for me. Unfortunately, I’ve recently experienced unprofessional and disappointing treatment by one of the staff members. My sandwiches were being filled significantly less than usual (as you can clearly see in the photo), and today something even more frustrating happened: I was completely ignored in line while the person behind me was greeted and served first. When I pointed this out, the employee responded with visible annoyance. It honestly feels like they were trying to discourage me from coming back because the Bonus Card deal was inconvenient for them. If they can’t handle the loyalty programs they offer, then they shouldn’t promote them in the first place. On top of that, hygiene is questionable—dirty gloves, meat scraps on the counter and windows. It’s a shame, because I used to enjoy coming here. But after today, this was my last visit. The staff was clearly more generous with the locals, and this wasn’t the first time I’ve noticed this pattern. It felt intentional, as if they were taking advantage of my lack of German.
Fair treatment should be standard in any business. If you’re not a local, don’t be surprised if you get shortchanged here. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
Edit: no, none of them spoke in English despite of me struggling to understand what they were saying in German. Stop being rude, your rudeness in your reply itself says that you are clearly being unfair towards people who are not local and try to be professional. Accept the feedback without...

I tried finishing hers after she left, and I was outright shocked of how awful it was. It’s very unfortunate because the puten Döner was amazing, and I planned on going there more often, but after I tasted my wife’s Döner (that had some pieces of meat in it by the way) I can 100% say I won’t attend this...
