Think about a BAD service… multiply by endless: this is Parmiggiano. People that think they are gods and customer have to beg to dine. We didn’t, and we left. Whoever you are that mistreated 2 tired moms wanting to enjoy dinner, you have no idea how little we care about you. Sorry that you think this is normal way to treat people. Sad.
To you comment below, mister, you better think twice before stating here what I did without even being able to identify me. This can be harmful and I can meet you in court for that. As a public place you should expect people to tell you here also about the bad experiences. I know exactly what I did and did not, and I would never use this argument you mention. I don't know what is your intention with that. Instead, I know exactly how YOU were the one who did not respect the fact that we did call to reserve and you said we could not reserve a table, but when someone else called then misteriously there was a table. Don't talk about RESPECT because you don't know what that is. Rest assured I will never set foot in your depressing business again, and will make sure every singe person I know will not either. And this is not a threat, but a promise. Btw, you probably don't know how a tired, but angry mom, can be strong...

Recommended by locals and the experience was amazing.Try the spaghetti in a huge Parmesan cheese with 2 big shrimps and the most soft grilled beef, with fresh mushrooms sauce! It's a more expensive dish but it's just delicious - 26€ (it's not in the menu, you have to ask for this dish to the owner).Finish the meal with the most creamy Panacotta with chocolate, caramel and strawberry sauce in a huge plate, very well decorated. A place to come every time...

No doubt the friendliness of the owner is really remarkable, but despite this, I was very disappointed.
I ordered two pizzas for 8.50 euros each. In one I asked for an addition of simple mushrooms. This addition was worth 5 euros. Honestly it seems to me exaggerated to pay 60% more for an addition.
Once I got home I hoped that the pizza was at least delicious, and I must admit that the ingredients were quality (mozzarella, sauce and ham). However...the two pizzas were raw/uncooked (as well as really small).
I hope it was just...
