No doubt, the best ramen place in Frankfurt. I discovered Earth Tokyo in December and ever since I have been eating here 1-2 times a month - this means, I have been coming here only, whenever I eat out since then XD
My favorite is miso ramen but shoyu is also tasty - its taste lingers in your mind like Pyongyang style cold noodle, iykyk 😆
Ramens are served really quickly, i would say within 10 mins - i mean, maximum. When they are not that busy, they take less. Like for example yesterday we didnt even wait for 5 mins (!!!). Plus, they are often adding new dishes. There is always some fun events. So creative. The staff is always kind and friendly.
In every aspects, they did not lose the Japanese/Asian standard which made me very happy everytime i visit. Please keep it going 🙏 see...

Too bad the food is not on par with the service. I'd recommend you try other ramen restaurants if you want a...

Food serving is quite fast. I expected the ribs to be tender and fall off the bone but it was not. Taste good though but it can get better. The takoyaki was somehow doughy. Ramen Price is good but there's something missing in the soup. It taste somehow basic? And the pork meat smells so strong. It smells so porky. If you know what I mean. It was a good...
