Der Thai — Restaurant in Frankfurt

I’ve been eating there every week for the last 4 months. Yesterday they made a dish which was completely different from what I had eaten before and somehow they managed to make it taste really bad, I could not eat. After going to the kitchen with the plate to give them the feedback, I was confronted by the waiter in an aggressive way. I ended up ordering a different dish. At the end she made me pay full price for the dish I returned to the kitchen. Honestly, this is not how you treat customers, especially loyal ones. Really bad service. When I payed the full bill without arguing with her, she did not even say thank you.

This is really embarrassing to treat people like this. I would have been ok to pay the cost of the ingredients of dish, or even 50%. But to charge me in FULL for a bad dish which they did not even put in take away so I could give to someone on the street is really petty behavior.

They should treat people better, we are the ones coming and supporting...

Sometimes you need to know places where something delicious is served. This is such place. In my opinion it is one of the best Thai restaurants in the city. What prepared there is very tasty. What I usually order is „Nua Phad Med Mamuang“ with beef (I posted photo as well). Many thanks to one of my former colleagues that showed me this restaurant. Highly recommend to visit it even if that require some time the get there. Not to forget - the service is fast and atmosphere is friendly. During the lunch time can be many visitors. I am a regular customer, and it really bothers me that every time I place an order, my requests are ignored. I specifically asked for sauce, and this is already at least the seventh time it has not been added, even though I clearly wrote it in the order. On top of that, they did not even include basic cutlery, which should be standard. Everyone waits for their meal and expects to get it the way they asked.
