4 out of 5 stars: Ambience: The restaurant is well located around Westend. It is in a bit of a quiet neighborhood. The interior Ambience is neat and clean. Not too fancy.
Menu: The menu offers a variety of different dishes! However choosing a dish can be a bit difficult since there are so many similar dishes with just minor differences (with/without sechuan pepper) which makes it a bit confusing to choose.
Food: Broth: For most noodle soups, the unique flavor comes from the broth. This broth was very well made, full of flavor! Recommended! Meat: Some nice meat chunks in the soul. Very tender! Delicious! Noodles: The noodles were very average, nothing extraordinary.
Overall - recommended restaurant! There might be some other noodle shops in Frankfurt that are better, but das Nudelding is worth a visit...
