It’s my last day in Germany I was in Baden Baden woke up feeling opstimistic good day when I went out in morning my first stop to shop is Hermes, my SA was fine at beginning I wanted multiple things that’s when things started getting bad and she became rude to extreme limits! Mind I was with my sisters so she was assisting me and anything they want I asked for the shoes and when I tried it on I previously told her I won’t get the Chypre sandals it doesn’t look good on my feet as my right legs are a bit swollen :) due to medical condition! So when I told her about the sneaker with Kelly buckle it won’t close 🔒 she said “because your feet is swollen maybe you shouldn’t buy shoes this season your feet is swollen” I felt bad +that was rude as hell to blame me for the product it’s self when I’m trying it on… simply she could have assisted me to check if the shoes it’s self doesn’t close when any person would wear it…. pass on that I wanted jewlery to match with the ones I have specific collection she said I never ever received this and I won’t like don’t bother to ask further :)… tried a silver Kelly necklace she told me it’s too small for you ma’am…

my sister wanted a belt so she choose the particular leather / size when she tried it on she commented on her that’s not how she wear it and she grabbed the belt on her waist and pulled it down “you said you don’t want to wear it with dress” and she pulled it to the hip area and acted like my sis never wore a belt before🙂 by that my sister felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to continue with the sale assistant or even buy the belt or heel.. done

I asked about the vanity bag she laughed saying it’s never going to be received and they have no bags at all, and that she wants one too :/ so I asked is it ok if I added to my wish list a bag she said No! little bit awkward because the others Sale assistants were offering everyone who came in bags I was there for over an hour (not complaining just explaining my experience and what I witnessed).

A mess! The security at the door was letting everyone in and the store was very crowded. He then proceeded to instruct us to wait (in an unwelcoming manner) in the centre of the store instead of taking a look around. After waiting, a worker called us and we asked about the shoes. She told us that she can’t help us with the shoes and that we should go to the first floor and someone will help us there. We went up and waited for more than 15 minutes. There was only ONE employee for the shoes and bags, whom was already busy with a client. We asked her politely about the availability of a shoe we wanted, as we only came for it and have been waiting for so long, and she refused to help and spoke very loudly saying that she is already with another client! Her manner was unprofessional and disappointing. We’re clients as well! After more waiting, another employee came up and went directly to help other clients that came after us! Nothing was in order, it was just a mess. We felt very disrespected. After some even MORE waiting, we showed a picture of the shoe we wanted to the second employee (who was still with other clients) and she informed us that it was not available. hello everybody, I never saw bad and unprofessional service and behavior !!!! same in Hérmes boutique in Frankfurt … this is the third or the fourth time like that ! Unfortunately . we was today in the boutique. We wait around 10 minutes and from first minutes we enter the boutique there is two staff Waiting customers and nobody come to us, only looking to us without any word !!! after the 10 minutes, come one of the staff to us he is anfriendly anpolite he must learn how to behave with the good and VIP people was one person with me he is VIP and the staff speak with him in very unprofessional way and he told him let me finish my talking and then you can ask me what you like for ur wish !!!!!!!
