Edessa Premium Döner — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Honest review: good. Tasty, filling, reasonable prices (£5 for a lahamacun wrap with dinner meat and salad, £7.50 for the same with chips). Only place open on a sunday evening close to the pearl hotel next door, with quick service, understood English, and friendly. We actually ate there twice on Sunday and saw a queue of students, office workers, and regulars out the door at lunch time Monday afternoon. The only issues were cash only (but a lot of restaurants are cash only in frankfurt) and hand hygiene negligible. Quite off putting, no gloves used to make bread, serve salad or meat. Needless to say l, not so easy on the tummy - but we did eat a kebab...

Just a regular doner place, their spicy sauce was very nice . You can sit down to eat but they don't have restrooms. If you have a place to sit down, I believe having a bathroom will be nice. I still don't understand why you would be given 1 napkin with eating a doner. Doner is a messy food! It's like they are trying...

This is a real find for local residents and travellers. The food was fresh and really tasty, and the bread rolled out and cooked while we were there. Friendly owner who gave us a healthy meal that we enjoyed. Great value for money. Thanks from the two...
