Museum Giersch — Attraction in Frankfurt

There was very little variety in the works on display. Most rooms consisted of one painted portrait and then several smaller lithographs, most of them being portraits as well. The explanations were only in German, which for a non German speaker reduced the experience even more to a monotonous drawl of random portraits. It’s not a genuine museum but rather like an old villa they rent out for weddings and events with an occasional exhibition of local talent that has limited interest for tourists.
