Puro Gusto — Restaurant in Frankfurt

I wanted to order a hot chocolate with cream but the lady that took my order said no, so I ordered a normal hot chocolate. The hot chocolate didn't taste much like chocolate, but it wasn't bad either (although had to add a couple of sugar packets).

I've never ordered a German pretzel before so I'm not sure if they are usually served cold and hard. I asked another lady if I can get it warmed up in their toaster, and I got a look like I was crazy lol (I hope I didn't do something crazy by warming it up and getting it a little...

After reading the reviews from other people, I was sure that I wasn’t wrong and that what I saw had been experienced by others too. The guy in the picture filled a cup using a double portafilter and served that espresso to more than four customers. He was literally stealing from people while selling each coffee for €5.50. When I saw this, I left the queue, bought my coffee from another store, and had an argument with the guy. Respect yourself and your money—stop supporting...

These guys will rip you off if they can, I ordered two americanos and they gave me one americano and a brew coffee from a dispenser. When i complained, the guy got angry and claimed that there was no espresso in americanos. When I insisted, he angrily made two new americanos by making one espresso shot and just keep feeding water through it. The result of course was a super thin cup of coffee.
