I recently had an unfortunate experience at this establishment. The level of service I received was highly disappointing, and the staff members were incredibly rude and inconsiderate. It's disheartening to encounter such mistreatment from the people who are supposed to assist and serve customers.
Upon attempting to find a seat, I was shocked when a waiter began shouting at me, insisting that it was a restaurant area, "forbidden" for people who bought at the cash register. Never in my life I thought a waiter could scream at me. People were turning their heads! This was particularly embarrasing also, as there were numerous empty chairs nearby. Despite I was very tired from the flight, (and surely would've bought something else to eat just to sit down) the waiter displayed zero empathy and resorted to aggressive behavior, rudely yelling at me, "leave and go to the gate to eat". Unfortunately, it seems that many other customers have also experienced similar mistreatment.
During my visit, I also noticed that many customers were openly discussing their dissatisfaction with the currency exchange, expressing that the rates were abusive and unfair. This aspect of the experience is worth mentioning as it adds to the overall disappointment.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction by leaving a negative review, the owner responded in a threatening manner. They even went so far as to suggest pressing charges against me for my comment. It's disheartening to see that the owner cares so little about customer feedback and resorts to intimidation tactics to discourage negative reviews.
It's important to note that my intention was simply to share my experience and help others make informed decisions when choosing a place to eat. In fact, I have left numerous positive reviews for excellent establishments. Unfortunately, this particular one falls far short of meeting the basic standards of a normal dining experience.
It is evident that the mistreatment and rude behavior I encountered at this establishment are not isolated incidents. The waitstaff not only treated me poorly but also displayed the same level of arrogance and derision in response to negative comments. If you browse through the reviews section, you'll notice that the word "rude" is frequently mentioned, and many customers have expressed being yelled at. This consistent pattern of passive-aggressive behavior suggests it may be a company policy.
It is regrettable that this establishment seems to believe they can get away with mistreating their customers. However, negative reviews will continue to accumulate, and it is my hope that they take a moment to reflect on their practices. Responding to criticism in a haughty and dismissive manner only further highlights the low quality. It would be wise for them to address these concerns as any reasonable person would.

Read moreBEWARE, RUDE STAFF! I was having a really good time at this airport until I decided to order some sandwiches and a coffee from this restaurant.
First of all the woman cashier told the guy standing behind me in the line to order and she served him first, I was confused and didn't understand why she did that.
Then while I was telling her my order she left me in the middle of the order as if she was fed up with my 4 items order, and then I found out that she gave me all the sandwiches cold out of the fridge although they have a sandwich maker to heat them. So I went back after a few min to ask her to heat the sandwich which I didn't even touch, she took it from me and SHE literally THREW IT INSIDE THE SANDWICH MAKER WHILE IT'S STILL IN ITS PAPER BAG!!
It landed on the corner of the sandwich maker, I was in shock at her really RUDE attitude. I asked her to take it out of the bag to heat it properly but she said "No I will heat it like that", So I asked the other cashier man to heat it properly out of the bag but he told me "She's the one who is helping you" in a really Rude way!!
I can understand that maybe they have rules to heat the sandwich in its bag if the guest took it .. BUT she chose to deal with me in the worst way I have ever experienced!!
My husband went to talk to the manager and she was nice and apologized but the staff did not, and it was not clear what actions will be done.

First, a very rude and stupid waiter (a bald guy) went to our table yelling we should have entered in the restaurant “by the front door” and not just taking a sit, even though there was plenty of tables to sit. Then he told us to move from our table to another one in case we wanted to charge our phones. Then the nightmare started: we called him more than 5x to order our food. He literally disappeared one time, he went upstairs to give directions to another person and gave the back to us. So I complained with a very nice and polite Italian guy (which I believe is a bartender) that had to call him back to take our order since no else could. So I asked for the bill, obviously more than one time. When he checked the receipt and realised we did not tip on the card, this bald guy turned to a demon: he started taking our cutlery and plates in a very rude manner, then came back to our table and threw salt and pepper and the menus. Even worse, started cursing us in German and said: I gave you another table for no tip?
My guy… If you want to receive tip, be polite in your service from the beginning until the end. Luckily he started to be rude (more rude) before I take money from my wallet to tip him. He was good enough in one thing: to make me save €15! Thank you for that.
