I stopped in with my 3 children during a layover on Saturday June 9th 2025. There was no one in line to be seated in front of us when we got there but the waitress and the girl behind the counter ignored us anyway. A group came up and asked to be seated and they were promptly seated. I was ready to go somewhere else at this point but my eldest really wanted the pasta, so I stayed against my better judgement. We were seated after the people who got there after us. I then watched the waitress seat two more couples who came up after us and take their orders before she came to our table. At this point I'm sure she's prejudice, and I was ready to get up and leave but she finally walked over and took our order. The 3 groups that came in after us all got their food before us. My eldest son liked his pasta but the burger my 10 year old ordered and my beyond meat burger were overcooked with black burnt cheese. I would never in life go back there for any reason. My ten year old ended up throwing up on the flight and my stomach was also upset. People who work in customer service need to leave their biases at home. I had to get up to ask to pay so we didn't miss our flight and the waitress still took payments from groups who came in after us - before she ever came and took my money. I would have gladly tipped 20% if she did her job and wasn't blatantly making me wait while she catered to people who she perceived would give her more money. It was an expensive disappointment and I won't ever second guess my gut feeling again when it comes to atmosphere. I spent $130 plus a 10% tip on two burgers a plate of pasta , fruit salad and...

My son and I had lunch at the restaurant. Alio Olio and i ordered had 0 seasoning and tasted like nothing. However, since it is an airport restaurant that is always busy, I did not say anything and quietly finished my meal. As we were finishing our meal, there were many people waiting in line, so I asked our server to bring the check so that other customers could be seated. We waited for 10 minutes, and despite making eye contact with the server multiple times, she neither brought the check nor asked us to wait. We then went to the register and asked if we could pay, but the server ignored us and continued helping other customers with non-urgent matters. After seating seven new groups and cleaning up our table, she once again went back to the kitchen, passing right in front of us. I said, “Can I please pay for this because we have waited over 10 minutes.” To my surprise, a male chef came out of the kitchen and started to mock my comment with the entire crew in German. Although I did not understand everything they were saying, they kept repeating “10 minutes! 10 minutes!” and laughed together while shaking their heads. The chef and another server glared at me and my 11-year-old son.
This is one of the most ridiculous experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I hope the employees would get some basic training on not mocking foreign customers and be...

Mixed salad pretty poor and too much balasimic dressing. Tomatoes looked like yesterday’s.
Pizza was oily and bland, the ham too thickly cut yet tasteless, and there was some sort of pesto on the pizza which detracted from it completely.
Service was ok when it was human - but they have a dinky robot that brings you food.
Sounds good in theory, but it stops 1.5 meters behind you to one side, and then speaks quietly and it’s easy not to notice it or realise what it is there for.
Then you look at the screen and it says a table number, but the tables have no numbers, so it’s still not clear it’s for you.
Eventually you get up and look at what it is carrying (the tray is at the back and you can’t see it unless you walk around it).
If it looks right, you hesitantly take it, hoping you’re doing the right thing and not taking someone else’s food or uneaten reject.
If you ignore it, staff come, pick up the plate, and look equally confused while they try to figure out what it is and who in the vicinity ordered it. Apparently they don’t know the table numbers either.
Prices don’t make up for it - 40 eur for a pizza, small salad and water! Expensive event for an airport.
Large portion sizes, but that’s hardly a plus given that I didn’t finish and felt worse after than I did before.
Then they asked for a tip…
No redeeming...
