They charge 8.50 euros for a 0.75L bottle of water. When I asked if they could fill my bottle with tap water, the waitress told me that they could, but there would still be a charge because they filter the water, and "the water in the airport is not safe to drink". I declined the offer to pay for any water (out of principle, as I believe water should be a free - it's a basic human right) and while waiting for my meal I found on the airport map on my phone that there are many water fountains and water filling stations throughout the airport. When I received the bill I declined to tip, because I felt that I had been blatantly lied to, and the waitress told me "it's people like you that make me want to quit my job". She also said something about just doing as her boss told her to do. I guess her boss is ok with lying to customers. I was pretty upset by the whole situation and would never eat here again. Aside: if you need water there is a filling station right outside gate B25 Edit: in response to your reply: I spent 32 euros for lunch at your restaurant. Is that not enough for someone to fill my water bottle for free? Every restaurant in North America, including in the airports, has managed to find a way to provide free tap water, so we know it is possible. Not doing so feels extremely greedy, especially when you are charging 8.50 euros for a bottle of water on your menu. I would advise re-thinking your policies to be more customer friendly rather than trying to squeeze us for more profits in any way you can. But the point that you ignored in your reply is that the waitress lied to me, saying that the tap water "is not safe to drink" and it seemed like she had been instructed to do this by her manager. That is the part of the story that most upset me.

DISASTER! RUINED MY WHOLE JOURNEY! It was my very first time to visit Germany which happened two weeks ago. It was all going so well until I and my friends dined in this ‘restaurant’. We ordered the food in the photos and just as we finished our meal, the 'kind and friendly' waiter approached us with the card machine. The food was ok and the service was just AVERAGE LEVEL so I decided not to leave a tip. Then this waiter just said 'I guess my service is bad then' followed by another 'THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!'. I mean, mate, what are you? And how dare you saying this to your customers??? I wasn't even thinking of your service being bad, it was just ok or, not surprisingly good for me to leave a tip. But you just proved it, i.e. the service was indeed really bad!!!!!!!! Plus, very funny I just found another review of ppl complaining the same waiter MAD about no tip and then you let it happen again??? If you are not firing that guy, at least make him behave nicer. What a BAD management as well! NEVER COME IN AGAIN!

Fantastic service and food!! I’m preparing for a surgery and as a part of it, I should be on a liquid diet for 3 days prior to it. I was looking for Chicken or beef broth since landed in Frankfurt and 4 restaurants refused to serve the broth only. I already gave up and was on my way to the gate for the connecting flight, but after 15h of the first flight I was just starving and desperate for something, so thought of just piping in and ask. Very nice lady greeted me as I walked in and I asked her the same question, if I can order a chicken/beef soup, but get the broth only. Lady asked me a few questions and within next 5 minutes I got to enjoy my chicken broth! My stomach, as well as myself were crying for food and I got a really good and rich broth here along with a friendly, prompt and attentive service! Thank you so much for all you did!

Food is good. And waiter and some waitress are really friendly and working hard. But unfortunately one waitress, whom I asked to pay, lied the total amount.

She did not show me the bill and she said" YOU HAVE TO PAY XX euro ." I felt the amount is higher than I expected but I still paid the amount as she said and plus I paid tip. After I paid, I checked the menu card to make sure and yes she ripped me off. (I ordered few things so I am pretty sure about correct total fee) Before I asked her to pay, I saw the other customers of other table give her 2 cents as tip. She was pretty angry about that and she refused it. I understand her feeling, maybe that's why she decided to say higher amount in advance to me but there is no reason I have to pay tip of other customers .

After I received the comment from owner here, it made me really pissed me off. Actually she did not show me the bill. She just said me " YOU HAVE TO PAY XX euro!" I was in hurry so I paid as she said and tip also. After I paid I checked the menu card , so I am pretty sure she said few euro higher. That is problem. Because owner thinks she got the money as tip( but actually she lied), and most customers will give up to fight for. So I am asking you, are you really sure she did it just by mistake? Or is it normal attitude that your waitress does not provide any bill and refused show a bill? Which case waitress doesn't need to show a bill but say "YOU HAVE TO PAY!" and give customer pressure to pay? I should have said strongly to get a bill. But it was so hard to catch the waitress again she left my table quick and cause many customers were there. I paid by cash so there was no proof to say I paid too much... I needed to go to the gate so I have give up my money back. but her dishonest attitude made me really disappointed. This was first time, I was ripped off in Germany,

I don't say your all employees are dishonest. Cause I used Deli Bros before, and that time I had good impression about food and of course that time waitress provided me the bill and receipt (and it was correct amount)

I do not "correct" my "review", I wrote here very honestly and it is my true experience. She did say incorrect amount and she refused to show me the bill to lie and get some extra money. Your comment"SORRY! We do not rip off people!!" really made me disappointed. Yes she did rip off and of course she could keep the money in that way. Do you still think she could not keep the money? Do you still think I need correct my comment here not her attitude? I am impressed you believe your employees are great. That is amazing. But it has happen. She lied. Maybe dishonest waitress is only her, rest are great. But you need to correct her attitude, not my "review". And I wish she correct her dishonest attitude, and nobody will be ripped off by her. Now I want to hear from you as owner, not "SORRY! We do not rip...

We were at the Frankfurt airport after 12 hours flying to get our connection flight to London, after crazy delays of more than 6 hours because of the weather at Frankfurt.. l decided to get a coffee and walk around.. l saw a McDonald’s upstairs but i decided to go for a "better coffee" .. bad decision!!! l went to the waitress and she sent me to the side if I only want a coffee..l went there whit the 4 euros in my hand waited until someone came to serve me.. l dropped my money.. and then began the rudest encounter l have ever had... the waitress WELANSKA came shouting at me saying I am a robber and I want to stealing her tips which was located on the counter...between English and German she was shouting me really aggressively and I can’t believe what is going on.. l saw there was a CCTV and l asked her to call her manager and check on the cameras and l explained her I don’t really have any intention to steal her money .. l started felling abused and very uncomfortable, I cannot believe it... instead pay again and allowed her to treat me like than I decide to wait for the manager to check the CCTV ... in the mean time she is still shouting at me in front of everyone saying that I am a robber who wanted to stile her tips...the manager came and saw the CCTV and said it was 50/50 because the position of the cctv it wants clear for him. l can’t believe it ..as the cctv wasn't clear. He give the reason to the waitress to treat me as a robber for 4 euros.. she is still shouting at me calling me robber ... after l spoke with the manager and I explained my frustration about the abuse treatment his waitress is give me .. he offer a coffee and something for my heart??? yeah..

RUDEST EXPERIENCE OF MY...
