perfect day — Restaurant in Frankfurt

The sandwich was nice, but the staff was incredibly rude. My Visa electron was declined, and before giving him cash, I asked if he knew if they'd take visa electron at all ( I checked my mobile bank and we'll enough in balance) and he just grumpily answered that declined is declined, maybe you have no money, still declined. I handed him cash instead, and politely asked if they have somewhere I could charge my phone. He did a mean laugh and shrugged, saying of course there are those and then ran off. Later I was sitting waiting for my sandwich and latte, they called different items on the counter, and after waiting a while I went to ask about mine. Then he just said that they'd called for a latte some five minutes ago, and no-one came. I did not know they'd call the orders by one item, seeing that others had different sandwiches and lattes, too... In the end, it's fine if you want an Ok sandwich, not a great place if you'd like...

I was waiting at the counter and in front of me there were some people from Brazil speaking in Portuguese. The old lady at the counter was annoyed because they were speaking a lot and she started saying in German to them to move on and don’t stand in front of the counter. It was a bit difficult for them to understand what she was saying but they moved on. Then the old lady working at “perfect day” said “ahh, these foreigners…they never under…”. I was shocked. I looked at her and told her she was not very nice with the customers…she looked at me completely lost and said that she did not understand a single word of English. now that is funny, being in a shop in the international airport and not speaking a single word of English and complaining...

Tried to order 2 paninis. What would be thought of a simple thing ended up being anything but simple. The employees mixed up our orders, and asked us to pay at the cashier behind the balcony. As we move there, a collegue of the person whom attended us not so kindly asks us to move away from there and pay at his cashier. After following those orders that same not so kind person now informs us that he only accepts cash, and if we wanted to pay with card we had to go to his collegue ( the one we went to the first time).
