Do not have a ham and cheese Baguette here! there is almost no ham and cheese on it! (see picture). unfortunately there are not many choices in that area of the airport... The coffee was only lukewarm, but the baguette was too hot, so at least this averaged out nicely.

One of the staff threatened to charge me for Starbucks toilet paper just because I spilled coffee and used more toilet paper🤷🏻‍♀️The waitress's appearance is as ugly as her heart and other employees who made fun of customers.What a nice coffe shop lol

Too poor service for a STARBUCKS! I asked for cappuccino decaf, the waitress replied "cappuccino, what size?". I wasn't sure whether she heard me well: I repeated "I need decaf", she replied "what size". I said "I'd like a medium, but decaf". She said "I need the size" with a lot of hostility. My partner said "You haven't acknowledged 'decaf', so we had to make sure". The waitress said "I need the size". We left without buying a coffee, and with a...

Come on Starbucks you can do better!

The server couldn't even be bothered to stand up straight or look up from her phone.

I asked what types of tea they had and she just pointed and went back to her phone.

She just threw the receipt on to the counter when I asked - great customer service!

Also automatically put in a takeaway cup instead of one of the hundreds of real cups they have behind...
