VITO Pizza& Pasta — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Waitress displayed an attitude of irritation... She was accommodating my request to replace the ham on a pizza w/chicken, but when I requested the replacement with a breakfast meal she told me "We don't have time to do that". I told her I would continue to look at the menu (then started typing this review). Once she noticed I was no longer showing any interest in the menu, she came back to suggest a different, more expensive pizza option. "Only" because I'm using their USB port to charge my phone, I will stay and review the food, along w/the sub-par service. We're at 1 star now. Okay, it's not just me. As I sit here, I notice that she walks away rolling her eyes when leaving other customers also. Even when new customers walk in, she has that look of "please go away" on her face. (Pls look for another job)... or maybe it's just one of those days (fingers crossed). As far as the pizza goes, Dominoes wins hands down! Chia tea was marginal. On a positive note: Hot blk tea was okay. We're at 1.5 stars now, but I round down for service and food. The restaurant closer to the elevator looks like it would have been the better option....

The rude customer service and microwave-quality pasta sauce will surely unimpress even the most tolerable of customers. We ordered a carbonara and a chicken stripe tagliatelle and the food did arrive quite fast but that's all the praise this place will receive from us. The carbonara was lukewarm and bland even after I seasoned it myself. We are certain the chicken arrived in the restaurant pre-cooked.

The service was like the food: fast but cold. A smile is apparently too much to ask for. They didn't speak English too well either, and while I do admit that it is unrealistic to assume everyone speaks the same language in a foreign country, I would assume that to be the case on an airport where half of the clientele are international.

Food was decent. Nothing special. The service was HORRIBLE. two other patrons in the entire area and I had to walk up to ask for a menu and again to order. Told the waitress I was keeping the menu for my husband to look over. She brought mine and my daughters food before our drinks and never even bothered to ask my husband for an order. Never checked on us to see how the food was.
