食事はいいけど、とあるウェイトレスが非常に感じ悪くて萎える。彼女は東南アジア人の方のようですが、恐らく日本の方がご家族と聞いているので日本的なおもてなしは知っていらっしゃると思うのですが。
一応日本食レストランなので、改善していただけると嬉しいです。日本語でサーブしろとは言いませんが、基本的な挨拶を心がけたり(ドイツ人ウェイターでもこんにちは、さようなら、ありがとうって言いますよね)、メニューを投げるように渡したりクレジットカードの機械をドンとテーブルに置いたりするのを避けたりはできるはずです。
無言でテーブルに近づいて来る。ドイツ人ウェイターでも「もう下げてよですか」とか言いますよね。無言です。更に私たちは食べ終わった食器が取りにくいと思い、彼女に渡してあげた時も無表情で無言。ありがとうもなし。あ、支払った時も無言でした。ある意味すごいなと思った次第です。他のレストランのドイツ人ウェイターの方がマシなぐらいのレベル。
コロナの時期なので飲食店を応援したく何度か行っていますが感謝の気持ちを感じられないのは残念ですし、この方から多くは期待しませんがウェイターとして最低限レベルで感じよくしていただければこちらもチップを弾みたいと思います。
食事は良いと思うのでサービスで外食という体験を台無しにして欲しくないのです。彼女はただのバイトさんではなく今後もいらっしゃるのでここで伝えさせていただきました。改善お願いいたします。

Das Essen ist großartig und deshalb kommen wir oft in dieses Restaurant. Eine Kellnerin ist jedoch nicht freundlich.
Wir wissen, dass sie keine Japanerin ist, aber sie hat eine japanische Familie, ich habe gehört. Also kann sie ein bisschen "japanische Art des Service - Omotenashi" probieren. Oder zumindest könnte sie lächeln, oder Hallo/Danke/Tschüss sagen...
Wir waren höflich und halfen ihr, z.B. Teller zurückzugeben. Sie sagte nichts, kein Danke. Sie warf uns Menüs zu und stellte den Kreditkartenautomaten grob auf den Tisch, es ist nicht schön auf Deutsch Standard. Deutsche Kellner können sich noch besser benehmen.
Wir mögen das Kochen des Küchenchefs, also kommen wir wieder, aber bitte verbessern Sie beim nächsten Mal Ihr grundlegendes Servierverhalten.
-- I have been here a few times already because food itself is overall nice and interesting. However, I can not stand one of the waitresses' service. She is sometimes worse than average restaurants. She does not smile, she does not greet, she throws menu cards and placed a credit card machine roughly on the table.
I go there often with a Japanese friend and she also noticed that. The thing is I think this waitress married to Japanese owner (either her or the other one but I believe they are sisters) so they can try a bit more "Japanese hospitality" as they are no strangers to that.
I like food but every time this lady comes to us it gets on my nerves. Then I looked at her serving other table- there was this man who probably is exective at ECB or something, she was behaving better. I don't know what's wrong with her. We are polite and we even give her finished plates when she wants to pick them up (it is not our job!) she can not say single Thank you. She also didn't say thank you or good bye after we paid...
Problem is she is and will be always at this restaurant as she is owner's family. I don't expect perfect service but she can be at least a bit more friendly then she gets more...

Really good japanese restaurant! lunch menu. They offer around 10 different lunch menus on weekdays and Saturday that include really tasty appetizers and a main dish.
