We were here multiple times, once for brunch and others for dinner. All were fantastic from the helpful and knowledgeable service to delicious food. There are both inside and outside seatings. The outdoor seating right in front of the restaurant is recommended! There are many items that you cannot find in other Indian restaurants. The meat was cooked perfectly, so tender and full of flavors. Obviously you can adjust the spice level to your liking. The mixed drinks were also phenomenal!!! Their homemade pickles were sour, but so addictive. The interior design is modern and suits the asthetic taste of typical Hamburgers. Price is a bit high, but from their menu description, it seems that they source their spices directly from farmers in India, and also everything is well executed in their restaurant, so it is worth it. The only some complaints: - The salmon Tikka dish was pretty fishy. - Inside the restaurant is a bit too dark, even when you are there for brunch, it feels like dinner. - The fried sandwich for brunch is a bit greasy. In Covid they offer takeaways, which we didn't try yet but will soon.

Had an amazing experience at AuthenTikka. I had tasted the food made by Tarun Rana (the Owner) when his catering service Blue Bird Catering used to provide tiffin service and food was amazing and it tasted like home cooked food. So once I saw that Tarun has started his restaurant I had to visit this place. This place was better than I expected. Starting from ambiance : Unlike other Indian restaurants, ambiance was really modern and spacious. Focus is on customer having good time and not on accommodating as many customers as possible. Food: I tried Golgappa (Pani puri) and it was amazing. Then we had vada pav. They have authentic pav and vada was very simple and tasty. For main course Punjabi Kadhi is a must. Chole as well were really great and had no oil floating on the top. Best Kulfi I had tried so far in Hamburg. Price : It is slightly expensive in comparison with other restaurants in town but the experience is also quite different than any other restaurant. There are daily lunch menus which is cheaper. They have Sunday brunch where they serve Dosa which I am looking forward to.

Very authentic Indian curries with humble and polite owners, which makes you feel at home. The prices were a bit on upper side, if we compare to other Indian Restaurants we have visited in Germany. Considering the portions of the food we received and the taste, I would say it is worth the price. Everything we ordered had good portion and can be shared by 2 people easily. Mango Lassi, Gol Gappa Shots, Butter Chicken, Dal Makhni was really great. Specially Butter Chicken, compared to several restaurants across Europe I have tried was really great, as generally I note every restaurant tends to make it on a sweeter side, which should not be the case. The only thing which can be improved is the Masala Chai, as it was not freshly made. I can completely understand that it takes 10-15 minutes to make fresh Indian Chai, but considering the price and for the love of Chai, nobody will complain for waiting 10-15 mins for it.

The service is the worst. The untrained sense less service team is unbelievable.

I ordered a mango lassi cocktail which is about 10 euros. I got it and I liked the cocktail. But it was half kilo ice and a shot of cocktail in it. So I ordered the same without ice. Shameless service personal (girl) came and informed me that it will be only a small shot if she gives the cocktail without ice.

I said I don't have to by 10 euro worth of icecubes in a cup. Seriously if this was a german restaurant with german service. I would not have to experience this.

First of all, for the non authentic indian food they serve, its way too expensive for indian cuisine. We can ignore the pricing if the ambience and the service is at the top class. I mean why do we go stay in 3 or 5 stat hotels if we cant expect these both.

To destroy these things. Senceless untrained service donot even take care of their guestsor know how to talk. Super loud and mean way of explation from the guy who serves. He cant even see the women are still eating and he cannot pick the plates yet.

Argued with us super loud to pic just two plates when we 4 are sitting. Was so embaressing the way he spoke. Clearly he didnot learn how to do the job neither he had some commonsense.

The Final touch:- cherry on the cake.. they served the kulfi ice cube, not icecream, ICE CUBE in a bowl with a spoon.

The restaurant is a pure money minded place. Not customer oriented place at all. No passion in serving or treating guests with respect. The worst...

It is always a delight for me personally to go to Authentikka and I highly recommend to check this place out. This place is not a stereotypical Indian restaurant instead it is a classy and authentic Indian restaurant where no one else in the market dare to offer and dare to experiment. Their menu is very well thought. I was following them on instagram for over a year and the pictures looked always fantastic. After one year of following, I made a visit, I was sceptical and wishing deep down that it lives up to the expectations that I builded up, as I brought and motivated couple of my friends to come with me all the way from Bremen only for visiting this restaurant. Oh boy, we were fascinated, awestruck, enjoyed every bite of the food. Every item, we ordered, they presented to us at the highest standard and true to their name. I also have to credit to the service team, as they are friendly, Offering advice, and also the team thought well how to serve the order best way possible, as we placed quite a mixed up order and in which order it should be served, so that we get the best experience from it. We enjoyed it and had a really good time!

Whenever I am in Hamburg, Authentikka is top on...
