They don’t take reservations

This place absolutely deserves the hype! The food tastes amazing—I had a vegetarian bun, and my friend had the simple cheese bun, and we both loved it. You’ll be full for the entire day, especially with those big fries. I definitely recommend the homemade sauce, and if you're in a group, try different sauces and share—portions are huge!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don’t take reservations. You never know how packed it will be, and the lines are usually long. My friend had a tight schedule that day, so we needed to be sure we’d get a table. So I got there bit in advance and stood in line.If we had arrived just 10 minutes later (around 6 PM), the place had would have been too packed and a waiting line of at least 30min. While that’s well deserved, it can be inconvenient for travelers or anyone on a tight schedule.

The staff is kind, the place is clean, but the chairs could be a bit more comfortable (the wall sofa seats are fine).

Food was good not gonna lie about that. However, flooded with sauce. The problems are: A. Huge waiting times , I mean come on guys we waited 1hr for 2 buns without any sort of information from the waiters/waitresses or apologies. B. The outdoor seating is really meh. They can do better than this. Nobody wants to pay that much for food and sit outside on black picnic tables.

Also for some weird reason while you’re paying an additional amount of money for the sauce if you ask them to pack your meal to take it with you after you’re done they won’t include it. I know it sounds lowkey cheap but we paid for it and simply wanted to enjoy our meal later on with the dip.

Overall, due to the huge waiting times I don’t know if I’d recommend it. If you have patience...

Service is zero that’s how we starting!

My order took like 40 mins but 10 mins of that the food was ready and just needed to get picked by the waitress!!! Finally she decided that this guy needs to eat she brought the food which was cold and oily. And then she decided that oh he needs napkins so 5 mins later she brings 2 napkins i mean with this mountain of napkins in the toilet i wished you can get me more napkins to sweep the oil out of the food!!!! Nevermind lets go wash our hands when its normal day and just 1800 not even night or peak hour and there is this mountain of dirt in front of me. My order was 13,80 and 5.80 for the drink so she decided that its 22 and i give 50 she gives 25 like also automatically...
