I was quite disappointed with the food. Despite the positive reviews, I found the ramen lacking in authenticity. The option of chicken or kombu dashi broth didn't deliver the rich, deep umami flavour I was hoping for.

In my opinion, it falls short of most ramen shops in Japan. The broth seemed to lack the long, slow cooking process that imparts depth of flavour. I couldn't make out much of the kombu or bonito dashi.

The food was okay, but the establishment made a stingy and non-generous impression overall. Here is why: My friend asked if their ramen with ground chicken could be served with tofu instead, they said that they could serve it without the chicken, but she would have to pay extra to get tofu there, why? That's just not cool and killed the vibe, I guess tofu is a special delicacy and is more expensive than meat..
