Kjeks - Vegan Cakeshop — Restaurant in Hamburg

I LOVE their cakes. All of them. Never had a bad one, they're wonderfully made, tasty and great texture too. Doughnuts and cupcakes aren't really my thing, I don't like the extremes of more bland fudge and then very sweet toppings. Recently had cookies for the first time and they were lovely too with soft fudge and balanced taste. I WISH they had a café or two tables to sit at but I understand why it would make things more difficult. Vegan cake is unfortunately a rare thing to find in this world so I'll go there whenever I can haha. As a vegan it's a great experience to not have to look out for ingredients, you can just look for what you'd like! Staff is always helpful and friendly. The chocolate mousse cake is heavenly. Omg such a cute store! They offer plenty of all vegan pastries and even some gluten free ones. The girl working there was so nice and helped us choose! We chose the Strawberry White Chocolate Donut (really sweet but amazing with fresh strawberries), the Bueno Hazelnut Donut (not too sweet but really heavy), the Carrot Chai Cupcake (very soft and amazing), and the Pistachio Chocolate Cookie (not too sweet and amazing)! All of them were really worth the money and amazing! The girl also recommended the Raspberry Matcha, which was really good even tho we never had matcha and especially with Coconut Milk it was amazing! I would definitely go...

Ganz ehrlich Preisleistung / Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt

Komm ich nur mal auf die Waffeln, die vorbereitet auf ein Gitter liegen ….., nicht mehr frisch und warm wie es gewohnt sein sollte, Da sie vorbereitet „gelagert“ werden ,schmecken nicht nur noch pappig und nicht genießbar

Würde vorschlagen eure Waffeln so anzubieten Das sie immer frisch für die Kunden Angeboten werden ….und glaubt mir das dauert drei Minuten die Kunden werden für diesen Unterschied warten

Aber nichts desto trotz Donuts klein geschmacklich naja und für ein einfachen Cookie Monster 🤷‍♂️ ohne wirklich viel Aufwand der Preis , plus trockener Trocken war , mehr Schein als sein

Aber das spiegelt eure ersten donuts wieder in eurem Bistro/Restaurant wo die Aussage kam das sie nur alle zwei bis drei Tage frisch gebacken werden

Es gibt definitiv bessere

Bin seit 12 Jahren selbstständig in der Gastro , dieses Waffeleisen hatte ich damals auch in einen meiner Cafés gehabt und glaubt mir eure Aussage das die Gäste über alle Berge , lächerlich Meine haben gerne gewartet und man könnte um die Zeit zu überbrücken bisschen mit den Leuten klönen

Es gibt überall Verbesserungsbedarf und auch ich bin nicht perfekt , aber wie oben beschrieben die Aussage von 2/3 mal die Woche kam von einem Mitarbeiter Nur mal dazu

Und wenn ihr schon meine anderen Rezessionen beobachtet merkt man das ich auch gerne gute Bewertungen abgebenkamm Aber man merkt auch das nicht jeder mit Kritik...
