I was hopeful when I walked into this burger spot, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, my medium-cooked burger came out well-done. The patty itself seemed to be around 100 grams or even less, and the quality was average at best.

The brioche bun that was supposed to elevate the burger was dry and overly crunchy, falling short of expectations. The toppings were a letdown; excessive ketchup and an unimpressive burger sauce did not make for an enjoyable combo. The vegetables were okay but lacked freshness, particularly the tomato, which had an off taste.

The bacon was not only overcooked but in some places, downright impossible to chew. The pickled onions were passable, but that’s hardly a redeeming feature. The burger was served on a metal plate with exposed, broken-off pieces, raising concerns about hygiene.

Speaking of hygiene, the overall cleanliness of the place was questionable. Tables were wiped but did not appear to be properly disinfected. The restroom was visibly dirty and poorly maintained, amplifying my concerns.

The beer, though served in a regular glass rather than a beer glass, was not adequately chilled, suggesting issues with the cooling system. On a positive note, the beer selection was impressive, particularly the availability of IPAs and pale ales, which are rare finds in German burger places.

The condiment containers and the area around the salt, pepper, and tissues seemed neglected, covered in what looked like weeks' worth of grime. Dust was visible on surfaces higher than 180 cm, and even the plants looked as if they were suffering from neglect.

In summary, the only reason I ate the burger was due to extreme hunger. Honestly, I've had better burgers at random gas stations. I can't recommend this place and won't be returning.

EDIT: After writing this review, I’ve paid the bill and they charged 18,50 for one beer and one burger. Definitely one star. 👎👎👎👎👎
