We ordered sets: "Tokio", "Inside Out Crunch Prawn", "California Creamy Salmon Roll" and "Tempura Crunch Prawns". The view is terrible, the box is small. Only 1 set of sticks for 4 dishes. Rolls had different sizes, the fish was complected from a parts on a few rolls. Rice was not even on all sides, fish slices were not straight. Set called "creamy salmon roll" does not contain philadelphia almost at all, set "Tokio" is also sometimes without avocado, and on the picture tuna covers 3 sides of roll, but for real it was only top covered. In general, the roll made by legs. Menu and reality do not have any common. See photos of those works of art.

Nice location and very friendly staff but very slow service and poor quality. The restaurant was empty and we still waited around 20 min our food. It seems they prioritise food delivery… I ordered the sushi bowl and it looked good with a big portion of salmon but the quality was quite disappointing. I would rather have a third of the portion with high quality ingredients.

Bei einem Spaziergang durch Eimsbüttel sind wir zufällig auf dieses Schmuckstück getroffen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll gewählt und hat uns in jeder Hinsicht abgeholt! Es wurde hier nicht nur auf Stil sondern auch auf Komfort geachtet, die Stühle sind extrem bequem. Insgesamt lädt das Restaurant zum Wohlfühlen ein! Das Angebot der Speisekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns für die Tokio Box und die vegetarischen Gyoza entschieden, die ich nur weiterempfehlen kann! Zusätzlich bekommt man reichlich Saucen zu den Speißen. Der Service war spitze, nicht aufgesetzt, freundlich und total zuvorkommend. Alles in allem bekommt man hier einen tollen Service in schönen Räumlichkeiten und genießt das leckere Essen! Eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen mit Freude auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Sushi war in Ordnung, das Personal nicht. Erst nach langer Diskussion durfte ich bei meinem "all you can eat" das bestellen, was ich wollte. Der Grund dafür ist, dass ich bei der ersten Platte (wird von der Küche vorgegeben) erklärt habe, dass ich nicht alle Sushi Sorten esse (u. a. Surimi und Thunfisch) Ich habe ihm erklärt, dass bevor ich das Essen liege lasse, er diese doch einfach weglasse. Das war der Auslöser dafür, dass ich nicht mehr bestellen durfte, was ich möchte! Es wurde mir vorerst nicht gestattet, Sushi mit Lachs zu bestellen... Ein Unding. Erst nach einer hitzigen Diskussion durfte ich beim ALL YOU CAN EAT bestellen, worauf ich Lust hatte. Also kundenfreundlichkeit 0 Sterne, das Sushi 3 Sterne, Atmosphäre 1 Stern und Wartezeit ebenfalls 1 Stern. Insgesamt würde ich viele andere Sushi lokale...
