Great sushi place with frienly staff and modern interior.

We ordered a mix plate for 3 people and thought we were waiting a bit too long. But when receiving the food, we understood why we waited, they used a lot of care and prepared a beautifully composed plate. I have to admit that this is a plate for at least 4 (hungry) people, and we had no chance of eating it all, but the price was correct for three people so they did not overcharge us at all, considering the quality of the sushi.

They also made great non-alcoholic drinks with good taste and nice presentation.

Ich war inzwischen schon mehrere Male mit Freunden bei Busan Chicken in Hannover – und jedes Mal war es ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis!

Besonders das Busan Chicken ohne Knochen (aber mit Knochen geht natürlich auch!) hat es uns angetan. Vor allem die süß-saure Soße ist einfach unvergleichlich – sie schmeckt ganz anders als jede andere Soße, die ich bisher probiert habe. Es ist wirklich ein eigener, besonderer Geschmack, der hängen bleibt.

Der Service war bisher immer top! Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und auch in stressigeren Momenten geduldig. Einmal hatten wir Probleme beim Bezahlen – die Karte hat irgendwie nicht funktioniert, und obwohl das Problem am Ende nicht gelöst werden konnte, hat das Personal die Ruhe bewahrt und war extrem höflich. Ein anderes Mal haben wir auf Nachfrage sogar ein gratis "Coco Palm" Getränk bekommen – hatte ich vorher noch nie gesehen, und es hat mich richtig überrascht. Super lecker und erfrischend!

Das Ambiente ist modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – dafür würde ich glatt 5 Sterne vergeben. Es ist zwar oft voll und dadurch etwas lauter, aber wir haben trotzdem immer einen Sitzplatz gefunden und konnten uns gut unterhalten.

Ein besonderer Pluspunkt: Ein jüngerer Mitarbeiter (männlich) ist mir besonders positiv aufgefallen – super nett und zuvorkommend. Aber eigentlich ist das ganze Team einfach klasse.

Insgesamt: Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut, das Essen ist lecker, der Laden charmant, und die Stimmung immer freundlich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall weiterhin regelmäßig vorbei und kann Busan Chicken jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

(Eine kleine Sache, wo ich mir nicht sicher bin ob es möglich ist. Allerdings finde ich das Coco Palm trotz der guten Qualität und Stückchen ein wenig überteuert für die kleine Dose. Aber "Peach" ist definitiv...

The chicken is good, the presentation is great, the prices are incredible. I don't think I have eaten good Korean chicken for a price this low. I don't think there's much to complain about regarding the food. However, a minor inconvenience was when we called and tried to get a table, they told us that we could just come, which we then did.
