A friend of mine introduced this new restaurant to me. This place specializes in home-made wheat noodles. That day we ordered three of their dishes.
Beef Noodle Soup with Tomato (西紅柿牛肉麵) : The texture of the wide wheat noodle was unbelievable. The braised beef was fork-tender, well-spiced and seasoned. The vegetables still maintained their crispness. The hearty flavor of the broth mingled really well with the rest of the ingredients. The tomato and eggs had velvety mouthfeel. The coriander leaves delivered somewhat freshness to the dish.
Chang An Beef Noodle Soup (長安牛肉麵) : The wide wheat noodle paired so well with the taste of the broth. The beef was braised to perfection. The well-spiced broth brought the dish to the next level. This was then accentuated with the crisp vegetables, chili oil and chili flakes.

Upon the lady’s reccommendation I had the lamb biang biang noodles which was served in such a generous portion and the lamb was really tender as well! I added the eggplant too and it was also very flavourful :)
For the portion and taste, definitely affordable...
