Restaurant Safran — Restaurant in Hanover

I don't know where to start nor where to finish because i am a lover of this kind of food because it carries culture with it. But i was sooo disappointed in the food that i received. The service? Top notch nothing to complain about...but the food is where this review gets interesting...i ordered a kebab plate and my wife ordered the same but the other one where there are tiny chicken stuffed between. The rice? 8/10 it was nice but not salty at all and with no butter beside it. And this rice ALWAYS needs butter. The meat? 4/10 and i am so sad to say this because meat is life for me..but this just wasn't the one..the first bite was perfect then it just got worse by each bite cause it tasted so meaty and after a while I could've throw up if i had kept on eating it cause the taste just got worse and more meaty..there was bread under the kebab and that bread was so old and hard and dry and by old i mean OLD because i was knocking on that bread as if it was a wooden door and that's just disrespectful to serve and sad for the customer. The ayran? I took one sip and regretted it immediately because it tasted like nothing.. I feel sad that i got disappointed in this restaurant because i was more then hyped to try it out, but this is unfortunately my...

Our experience can be described in one word: disappointing!

We ordered the meal for 2 people and two drinks. The waitress asked if we wanted some side dishes, we asked if the meal did not have any, and she answered with a "Nein, das müssen Sie extra bestellen" The dish came as you see in the picture, very average and we expected much better, because we tried the restaurant across the street and they had a much more generous tastier plate and service than this one (you can see my review in my profile)

Also, rice was simply boiled with no flavor

Later, after we finished eating, the waitress came to clean the table. She said, "Was darf es noch sein?" Implying that we either order something else or leave. We left immediately after.

Overall, the restaurant looks nice, and the food is edible, but we will definitely not...

ich hatte vor Kurzem die Freude, euer wunderbares Restaurant im Herzen von Hannover zu besuchen, und ich muss einfach meine Begeisterung teilen! Die zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt ist ideal und die Parkplatzsituation macht den Besuch noch angenehmer.

Nun zum Höhepunkt meines Besuchs – das Essen! Die Vielfalt der iranischen und afghanischen Gerichte auf eurer Speisekarte hat mich schlichtweg begeistert. Die Gerichte sind nicht nur hausgemacht, sondern auch mit einer unglaublichen Geschmacksvielfalt versehen, dabei jedoch angenehm leicht. Die dekorative Präsentation der Speisen hat meinen Besuch zu einem visuellen Fest gemacht. Als Liebhaber der persischen und afghanischen Küche kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass euer Restaurant ein absolutes Muss ist. Auch wenn die Portionen vielleicht etwas kleiner erscheinen, ist dies wohl eher meiner Begeisterung für euer fantastisches Essen geschuldet!

Das Personal möchte ich besonders loben. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Kundenorientierung haben meinen Abend noch angenehmer gestaltet. Euer Team versteht es, eine herzliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen, die den Besuch zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis macht.

Was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis betrifft, bin ich vollkommen überzeugt. Angesichts der erstklassigen Atmosphäre und der exquisiten Küche ist euer Restaurant jeden Cent wert. Ihr seid zweifellos ein Juwel in Hannover und ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder bei euch einzukehren. Macht weiter so – eure Leidenschaft für gute Küche und exzellenten Service ist wirklich bemerkenswert!
